She is not Mary but Maria .I followed that walkthrough and I am stuck in this situation(as described in the walkthroough) : "Next Morning check Maria's laptop, go to school (info personally I start Beth's reccess quest from day 1), after school at 23:00 hours go and watch TV see the scene, when you go to sleep Maria visit you."...
So I passed Maria Grounded quest and now the problem is that Maria does not visit when the MC goes to sleep.

Sherman is in High Neighborhood, bottom left of the map in the park. there are two people there, one says " I got the best shit" that isn't Sherman, Sherman is further left.
Hi guys, I have a problem with Maria. After I read her diary she stopped asking me to do chores or anything and I can no longer progress. I tried talking to her at the beach during the weekend but I get nothing either. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

When you finish the chores the game does not warn you(4 days, Saturday and Sunday does not count), just maria stop going to your room at night to give you money ..
Did you check the computer in her room more than once ?
This triggers the events with the new aunt (Maria Sister)
Did you see Maria doing aerobics in front of the TV? (Room near the entrance)

Go out and enter your room after midnight. I think what you are missing its an event that triggers in that circumstance.

Speak with her and she will run away. a. During recess follow Christian to the Toilet. Sandra's quest has been reworked, there's ono more situation involving Christian or Ms Gina.
Talk to Sandra outside school (after doing all the requests at recess), go to her home and clear the debt she has with some guy. She's gonna tell you who and where you can find them time after time.
Careful to one of them, she say you will find him near the gas station in High Neighborhood, but that's wrong. You will find him at the gas station in NEW neighborhood.

Just one and it's not repeatable, but her quest line is not finished yet. We have to wait the next updates.

So basically, when I return to her computer, it just says "Nothing new." Also, I didn't see her doing aerobics in front of the TV. It kinda feels like she just rolled back to the way she was before the event with Rachel. I think it's a bug...
