Once you join go outside your house and next to the bus stop is a guy next to a car. Talk to him and he will take you to the hideout. This is true for all gangs.
He says to go to the "hideout" to beat Daisy's step-father. It's not the place you say. :/

Yes it is. The place where the guy next to the car at the bus stop takes you is the gang hideout/headquarters. Enter the main hall and talk to the center person behind the desk about Daisy's father. Be aware that there is a bug with Warren's gang, Bliss will not respond to you about this, and you will not be able to continue Daisy's quest. The modded version fixes this bug.

Simply follow the instructions in the OP walkthrough to choose both Sarah and Shasha.

There is only a small chance any one of them will be online. The more you have connected, the better your chance. You just have to be patient. You can also turn the PC off, click on it again, and it will roll a new chance for any of them to be online without any time passing. Just keep doing that and they will come up eventually.

Then you have not went far enough into the mafia quest line and probably started Daisy's quest too early.

Amy Quest end for v1.6 fix
1) go to the basement during the evening hours where she will tell you to go away.
2) During the dawning hours go into her room and interact with her.
From here it will have you send the pic to Amy and the story will continue.
After said cutscene go to the commerical neighborhood at night and the last bit of her story line (for this update) will play.
