Yes, although often you have only one option to really progress the story.
I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but i can't seem to find how to get to diane's house after your car gets destroyed by Klaus. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do, because I've already talked to everyone I can think of?

After you got the call from Diana telling you to come over and you've packed your suitcase, call Eden. She will then pick you up at the coffee shop and take you to Diana.

I'm having a huge issue, I'm following the Walkthrough to a Tee and I got to the point where I talked to Summer and got the Battery after 3 days. When I try and go back to Summer her Bubble is not on the Map anymore, and I've waited over a week in-game but still nothing. Did my game just bug out?

Need help. I'm at the point where I'm now the caretaker of the apartments but have no idea how to visit the other apartments. I also have the webcam but have no idea how to set it up in my new place. Any help would be appreciated.

You can go up the stairs or the elevator in the apartment building, then click on the doors (there are six IIRC). For the webcam, once you get it you are able to place it in your apartment (hover your mouse over different areas of the screen until one is highlighted, IIRC in the kitchenette). Hope that helps.
Hmm, I go to the "lobby" but get no prompt to go up the stairs or elevator only to re-enter the apartment. And all I get in there is the option to check out the bathroom or use the bed. Really hope I won't have to start again.

Usually in this game if you can't figure out what to do you should sleep, oftentimes you have something trigger in the morning.
