My comment was regarding why Ashley might decide to kill (or try to) Nikki. I'd take a bullet for Nikki if I could, but we were sort of kicking around various reasons why Nikki can't end up in a romantic relationship with Taylor.
That's the only place they should be. .../game/saves/
I recommend reinstalling V12. Before you copy over the saves from V11, start up the game once first. Some of the files and folders don't exist until the first time you start a game (you don't have to save it). After that, you can overwrite the newly-created files. If you did that out of order, the game might have partially overwritten the saves you copied... or something.

The game is actually really fucking sweet
. I have played a lot of porn games, for my rating on a scale from 1 (vanilla) to 10 (extreme: NTR, Rape, Futanari, Bestiality, Vore, Gore... all the weird shit, you name it). This game is just rated at 1.5, your typical vanilla sweet incest game with some spices.
