I actually do envision a scenario like that. As much as Nikki seems to be corrupting Taylor, he is slowly doing the inverse to her (anticorrupting??). This will become more apparent as we progress, but there are hints here and there in the dialogue (like when Taylor mentions that Molly is modest because she has self worth and doesn't want to be viewed as a sex object).So, do you envision an option (or ending) where Nikki actually GETS a good guy [who is, of course, not Taylor]? I, personally, would like to see an ending where both Nikki and Taylor wind up with mates that suit and satisfy them.
Good question! Not really... I'm trying to make the game in such a way that is no one "right way" to play it. If you like Jessica, and go on the first date with her, then you get a shower sex scene with her a day or two later. If you go on the first date with Cory, that unlocks a second date where you can get an HJ from her in your room a few days later. Right now there's not any options for threesome/foursomes. That will eventually happen in the future, I have a couple of ideas floating around in my head that will make sense for the overall story but nothing is set in stone.

While I understand the need to pacify the Patreon puritans the change not only breaks saves, it - like in many other of these games - completely changes the feel of things and, in your case, makes the title completely invalid. Better, I think, to abandon it as was and re-brand & re-write while re-using the assets in the new title.
Aside from the saves issue, it's not like some small change that's merely annoying - say, changing Ralph's last name from Hinkley to Hinkle on "The Greatest American Hero" after Reagan got shot. Imagine you're reading a novel and, halfway through, the story starts over at the beginning with a fundamental change that invalidates much of the story as you've already become invested in it: do you keep reading or simply throw the book away and move on to another? It will be the latter for me, every time.
I would further expound on the subject but it would be pointless and I have things to do IRL right now. Good luck.

The patch sets just one variable and you can do that manually via console, too. At any point of the game. Set it to True or False at any point.
Sumodeine just had to go through all the script from the beginning and create alternate text for all those occasions where the word "sister" or something else is being said that suggests that they're siblings.
Some of the structure of the game may have changed by this and old saves may not always work. Some saves do, you just have to try a few.

How about the incest patch ? Like other incest games currently do so that it will not ruin the original story and script . The childhood patch will be just a cover. To be honest , it will really ruin your awesome game if they will now become childhood friends. Fucking Patreons ! Kids are playing explicit games like Grand Theft Auto were all kinds of violence and crimes is in the game content, murders are worse than incest and here they are fucking with mature people who truly understand the difference between fiction and reality.
