As for breaking saves... I won't stand for it in a game that involves grinding to achieve anything. I have abandoned games that I liked a lot, when the developer did that. However, there is no grinding in this game, and I can fast forward through choices. It's still a chore when I have multiple paths, but I can grin and bear it for a game I like. There is still the problem of trying to remember which choices you made earlier. Fortunately, I am anal (and know I might run into this problem), so I log all choices in VN-type games.
It's kind of amazing how many of these games have that same shower/bathroom.

I may be in the minority but I did like that the women don't have clownish-sized boobs and butts. They look so fake to me and that ruins the realistic graphics you developers work so hard to achieve. Here's one vote for realistic sized women.

Besides, it's not as though these girls are not well endowed in the chestal area. If we saw girls with these boobs in real life, we would all be fantasizing about what we could do with them.
The entire direction of the game so far points towards a brother / sister ending. I honestly dont see how the story could finish without having one...it would feel just like an added on piece to finish the story to not get in trouble. Kind of a buzzkill to be honest and makes me not want to even both finishing the game anymore.

While all of this is undoubtedly true, look at the game thus far. Read Taylor's thoughts. Watch what Nikki says and does, and what Taylor thinks about her words and actions. Do that, and tell me how this game differs, in the slightest, from every other brother/sister porn game out there - the ones the developer says he's trying to be different from. The same yearnings, the same pervs, the same hints dropped, the same progression of intimacies; now tell me that the next step isn't a blowjob. The end result may, indeed, be different, but the pathway seems pretty damned identical to me.

Are you ignoring everything else that people are saying? I fully acknowledge that the dev has said she is not the end goal. But pretending that the entire story so far doesnt point to that end is just being blind. Sister wants to cuddle with you in bed, sister is sad when you leave to go on your date...etc the dev might SAY she isn't the end goal, but its just a cop out at this point to please patreon. It is completely obvious what the original direction of the game was.

He literally posted that he changed the game after Patreon went weird with incest. If he wants to make his game shittier and have a random ending instead of what the entire story so far is driving towards thats on him and just will reflect on what people view his future games as.

The only thing he changed was adding alternate text for all the sentences where the word "sister" was used or it was possible to understand that the main characters are siblings. The alternate text is used by default, the original one can be triggered by adding a patch to the game or set a variable via console.
That is all. He did not change his plans about the main scenario that he has been very clear and consistent about from the very beginning of this thread.
Sumodeine already explained in great detail all the thoughts and all the little psychological triggers behind Nikki's behavior in the last update and maybe some previous ones, should you only care to read it instead of trying to stubbornly push through your own little idée fixe here.

Having a discussion about how the direction of the game is going isnt being a jackass. Negative criticism is absolutely ok to have on here, and that is how I feel about this game. If you want to start with the name calling to try furthering your point thats fine, but not how I roll.
