I already saw a lot of ideas from some of you on Patreon and in this Thread, that I have on my ideas list from the beginning. Also a lot of new ideas that I have put on my ideas list.

I'm really really happy that the most of you like this game that much! It keeps me going on even more
I'm also enjoying reading all the discuss about the story in this Thread.

But I hope you understand, that I'm not comment on specific story ideas or questions, because I really don't want to spoil something about the story in upcoming updates. That's also why I'm not uploading that much preview images per month. :happyblush

Of course it's up to devs how they want their game to be. But having the option to avoid or not the mom, it would please more players (those who want a relationship with the mom and those who don't) so, in my point of view. it would be a better game with this feature.

My very personal view on the debate of whether more mom or not is.. that its all about people love Dating my Daughter and those who do want a clone of it. I personally would prefer MSN to remain MSN and not DmD clone. I'm into milfs more and i don' think the game would be better, not the slightest, if the daughter would just steal the show. The mc's neighbours are not a 18 girl. But a 18 girl and her mother. Two of them. I prefer mom waay more than the daugher but i don't feel that it would do the game any good if mom would get more airtime overall than daughter. This game has 2 major character. None of the two should get and edge over the other overall.

My humble and personal opinion is that a change that would make any of those optional wouldn't do the game much good, nor it would bring in more fans. It would just appease DmD followers more. Any leverage toward the daughter would be thining the game's fans on the mother side. I feel like this is what the daughterfans so conveniently forget. That this coin has two sides. I prefer to keep both in mind even if i'm biased heavily toward one.

The first thing that comes into my mind, actually instantly, when you ask this is.. the daughter has waaay more inner monologues. Mom has.. barely any, if at all? For real. We know a lot about daughters own fears and concerns. Its very well written and i'm going to use this game as a reference to anyone who'd be interested gettin advice how to make his or her VN more interesting. But this is very one sided in this regards and i find it noticable.

Yep mom only route has already been implemented so to me it makes sense for there to be a daughter only route as much as it does for there to be the harem route. After any breakup(amicable or not) daughter and mc would have to play it coy around mother as much as if he was pursuing both.

Personally I find the mom like able but daughter wins hands down. I not a particular fan of harems & would like to be able to do decent thing rather than string mom along whilst trying to avoid intimacy with her or being mean because I don’t want to express love I don’t feel.

Sure! It is very interesting hearing different opinions on the same subject! I was just making a point on how my idea of having options to avoid the mother or not would benefit both, you who like the mother character and I who dislike her.

It is true, Lorric17, that not knowing her thoughts, at pivotal moments in the story, would keep the suspense intact : we wouldn't know if she would slap the Mc in the face, or exhibit an aknowledging smile.

I guess it comes down to dosage.

actually i wonder if that would be an interesting mod or an obnoxious mod. just replace or remove all "thought" llines.

also on a totally side note, i'm not completely surprised at all the daughter talk. for how many other people is this game helping fill the DmD shaped hole in their hearts? xD

Just finished and I liked the story and dialogues, I only wanted to keep reading and knowing the characters.

Sometimes It could sound strange in that kind of games, you know, a lot of people use these games like pornhub-videos and only are interested in jerk off, but for me, the background story is very important.

I think "My sweet neighbors" make a very fucking good duo with "Dating my daughter". I hope we could do in both games romantic threesomes relationships or something like that; after all, is just a game.

This is one game where I actually feel like I wanna play all routes. Like in DmD I might end up trying Jennifer, that photo girl and Elena's routes just to see what the story is, but I don't have much interest in them other than seeing how the dev made it work story wise. In this one, mom is amazing, daughter is amazing, and them as a duo... hell yes. Though I agree the mom needs more fleshing out story wise.

My only criticism is the animations. They seemed... off. The renders are amazing and to be honest they do a lot more for me than the animations have.

I'm having problems with the android port...
A few times now I've saved then when I hit return to go back to the game the menu and points are no longer visible.
The only way I can get around this is to uninstall and then reinstall - but that loses my game progress and save files.
If I can first copy the files of be fine but I can't find them.
Can anyone help?

I agree that she reveals less than her daughter but I think majority of player are more interested into the daughter.
Another possibility is to add suspense.

This is true. It's actually the one flaw in this game. The daughter is a better fleshed out character than the mother. The mother is written well, in regards to the fact that she's not being forced and she has her own motivations, but comparatively its only natural that we as players will empathize more with the daughter, and want to see her get what she wants.

For me it only seems natural because we are biased toward the daughter. Because we get to know her more. And of course lots of us find it more exciting to woo the daughter I'm more interested in the mother but know more about the daughter because we are given a lot more insigh about her.
