Currently working on a remake/remaster.
This game along with DmD is what got me into VNs and 3d art. I've been hesitant in starting my own projects for a while since none of them have been able to really interest me in the long term like these older games did.

I have decided to put my focus into remaking/remastering this classic with the intention of updating the visuals and dialogue while retaining the charm of the original.

Dude, good to hear that, too bad you can't use the original models, I loved the daughter's model (although this one is beautiful too), and I also hope you can or want to keep the original plot

The story is going to be the same, just with a fresh coat of paint. a lot of the dialogue will be rewritten and the existing scenes will be directed a little differently, but the characters and the way the story progresses won't change.

Likely by the end of next month. Pandelo organized his project files by release so I'm able to follow his original updates and release around those.

Art looks fantastic.

Looking forward to a true homage to the original . . . except of course for the abandoned part. Looking forward to continuing the story where the MC is working both sides of the street (mom and daughter) without having the whole thing blow up in his face.

Getting the girls' models right is probably the most difficult part (besides continuing the story obviously), but I think you almost nailed it.
The only observation on my side is the original girls weren't blondies, but It's no biggie.

Best of luck, you'll really need it to overcome the curse that embraced this title and all the devs who tried to remake it in the past.

They look terrific, and I wish you every success. My only caveat/request is that the mom in the original… was buxom. Big, impressive chest. The whole reason I got started in VNs is that I saw an image of her, staring straight at *me*. That loving gaze and those fantastic knockers.

Man, at the time, if I'm not mistaken, he was having family problems, something with his mother. I didn't even know he was sick or anything.
