VN Ren'Py Abandoned My Sweet Neighbors [v0.12] [Pandelo]

Hey, I played through the five episodes and wanted to leave a review.

Setting 5,5/10: I like the juggle between the Mom and the Girl and that both develop something for. As a hopeless romatic guy I love that it is with both about love and not with drugs/pill/mind control or whatever (even if like to play a good Trainer game ). Both are very sweet and have a lovely design.

I know that it is still in every early stages, but many things remind me of Dating my Daughter (which I recently played). The office (with a "slutty" secretary) and girl as a temporary personal secretary (even working in an office). It's new that you have now a family to take care off (it's nice a hot milf and a hot dilf ). The personality of the girl is much like the Daughter of DmD (shy, insecure about herself but with a hot body and big breasts. Even in this game the girl has to friends: The open minded/slutty one (with intereset in the MC) and another one which "dreams" of the MC. Both girls experiment in the meantime while the family gets the real action.

And now they're going on a vacation (hopefully with a different course than DmD).

Even if the game is in a very early stage I hope, that it will not have the same gameplay/direction as DmD. But we will see.

Art 7/10: I like it.


It's a promising game and the creator did a very nice and fine job. But I hope it will not turn in a DmD clone without the incest package (while I don't mind some hot Mother/Daugther action ).

I don't see this game as a clone of dmd as much as it is inspired by some of the same tropes and cliches of the genre. And sometimes a few head nods to other well-known games, like parental love naming Ada's boyfriend Eric, can be hilarious for the player if they're familiar with the genre. Just like there are a lot of inside jokes in Star Wars 1 through 3 if you've seen 4 through 6.

I don't see this game as a clone of dmd as much as it is inspired by some of the same tropes and cliches of the genre. And sometimes a few head nods to other well-known games, like parental love naming Ada's boyfriend Eric, can be hilarious for the player if they're familiar with the genre. Just like there are a lot of inside jokes in Star Wars 1 through 3 if you've seen 4 through 6.

Also i wouldnt agree that the D in this is like the D in DmD. The girl in DmD is so naive and sometimes, i wonder that if you tell her that the sky is made out of fluffy pillows she would believe it.

Exactly. That's what ruined it for me in DMD. I don't mind slow burns, it gives me time to get to know the Mc's love interest, but the Daughter is just...dumb ! so, around 0.8, i concluded, "nothing to see here, move along..." Btw, Babysitter's niece is getting closer and closer , with each update , of becoming like that. first day on the job with her Weinstein boss, "oh, all alone with him on a weekend? Ok, nothing weird about that.." Pandelo, on the other hand, lets us take a sneak peak at both M and D's thoughts. We feel we "know" them. And they're not dumb, there's a line with D in the shower when she thinks "why do i act like that when i'm close to him ? " We all can relate to that.

You're right, i'll play nice ! I wouldn't say "excited ", more "worried ", and here's why, so far the MC has been in an easy routine, Home-Work.Home, so it's easily and naturally going from scene to scene, each setting up the next. In the getaway, no such rules apply, i trust Pandelo like crazy, but i can recall games *cough*DMD*cough* that went off the rails with a getaway. We already have a planned event, that meeting thing, so it adds some structure , and Pandelo can take it from there. My personal cliffhanger is "how is D gonna handle the moaning next room ? " OR " how guilty will the MC feel banging M until the other side of the rainbow, while in his head, he's feeling like crap for hurting D's feelings ?" AND "will M pick up on that ? Never underestimate the female sixth sense. "Hmm, he looks distant, could it be it's because my D can hear me screaming OH YES FUCK ME across the wall ? "

i think its "The Gift" that mention Dreams of Desire (it was when you was trying to sell a new property with the boss's daughter, it was said the previous owner was seeing stuff or thought the house was haunted something like that.. it was very funny) i remember searching for adult game back in 2010 and not much stuff was available sure there was Bonetown and some flash games but most of them was lame (you was better off watching porn with a storyline) but now there is some really good games around and some of them got better plot that most TV shows and movies like for example Dreams of Desire (if you ignore the part about the MC trying to get with his family penedeyewink: it could be a Disney movie) or A Town Uncovered, Summertime Saga, My New Life, The Gift... among a few others that i can't think about right now... and there is games like this, slice of life we like to call them, its slow pace and nothing too crazy but it feels soo good :FeelsGoodMan: :FeelsGoodMan::FeelsGoodMan:
