Something I'd like to see happening, would be having certain areas to be spawn areas of a type of enemies and everytime Maya loses on that area, a cut-scene would play where Maya would be dragged and then a game over with multiple enemies of that type would breed her.

Well just in case it doesn't come out, two new enemies were added. One in the hallways, and the other in the crystal mines. Both can be found near the save points.

In the crystal caves, there are crystalized enemies that spawn floating crystals that try to invade your body and make you another crystalized crystal spawner. Did I say crystal enough times? Crystal.
Anyway, in the hallways of insanity, there are mannequins that will grab you, have a yuri session (cause they're female shaped) and then will swap bodies with you.

The fastest route I think is to activate the timer then go inside the nearby mirror after the spikes, in the normal world go down a floor and enter the other mirror, and from there just go to the right until you can jump up with the fire sword. Dashing all the way helps.
Quick question, what and where is the ??? that's mentioned in the changelog? I can't seem to find it.
If you are talking about after using the mirrors in halls of insanity, it is like a save point, with a replay boss message on it (some demon expression), you find it at the very top of the halls of insanity, pressing spacebar sends you to another location where there is a mirror and spikes surrounding that mirror area, so call it a trap, that may be what the ??? is.
Whether you can actually get out of it isn't clear, but if you have invincibility and flaming sword you can risk going to use it to get out safely by that way, or before use use shield that provides timed invincibility and then activate the ???.

The Doll is in Halls of Insanity area. It's a pretty simple vag/vag grind action, then a game over as you swap bodies with the doll. Honestly one of the worst animations, and that's even taking into consideration Patrick Starfish one.
Would love if nearby enemies go after you in doll form, but that is properly too many anims for one enemy.
