The different difficulties will mostly offer more (or less) challenging gameplay.
Some people only want to see the story/scenes, while others may also enjoy the hotel management aspect.

I may add some small additional rewards (like one scene or some images), but I'm not sure yet, as don't really want anyone to miss out on any content on any level.

So it will be mostly for the "bragging rights"

In the root folder where the game's executable is.

Just copy the mapping file to the (root) game directory.

Replace the mapping.txt file with the one you got from Lewd Patcher.

Actually this one is a bit different from MotH in that there's no other mapping file with Julia being Anthony's girlfriend. So there's no other file to overwrite like before.

Windows 10 version 1909 users to not require Visual C++ 2015 anymore.

omarsayed if you still use Windows 7 or a older Windows 10 version then do as Larry wrote. Otherwise make sure your Windows 10 is fully updated and has .Net Framework 4.8 installed.

I did everything but updating vsc 2015 because idk how to. Its not working.

The profile\player_name folder will have your saves if you've made one.
