Farein has always released updates on the last Friday of the month since he started working on MwM. Even with MotH, updates were released on Fridays. So that may be a typo.the last post on patreon (You must be registered to see the links) said the 31st

Well, the question now is: would the hotel also allow for these advancements (say for Julia) so that the outfits can be really used, or is it like last time? Update Yes, I was right! It gets forward, but not that much to reach level 4 ......saving some for the next 2-3 updates, I guess.
