Doesn't the 7.2k, 18.5k, 3.95k & 16.2k expenditure come from the starting 50k, not in addition to it?
You're left with +$4,150 credit, after renovating those rooms & you are $50k in debt.

4k/2 nights = 2k/per night = 14k per week.
-$250 for staff costs = $13,750 per week, profit.
50k/13.75k = 3.6 weeks to break even.

This is the first 7 days of the game. Figures will be different pending the version your playing. The principle is the same.
In time you will recoup your investment and be purely operating on Manor profit. As I stated, it all depends how you choose to play and I chose to play it as real. The game doesn't do this so I created a spreadsheet of all expenses & income.

In my openion, the game should have a bank (if nothing else a bank icon where you borrow money) instead of a money cheat. After all it is suppose to be a simulator game. Thank you

You forgot that the Hotel was bought upon a loan. even your starting capital is burrowed and your family lived of what little had been saved until you started the business anew.
A Bank would make sence at some point as they will likely demand you pay your loan back with a significant interest rate given the fact that you already kept the loan for more than a year before actually starting your bunsiness.

Yeah, he's adding the cost of renovation to the 50k debt.
Not understanding that it's using money from that borrowed capital to perform the renovations.
The debt remains 50k. He thinks renovating the rooms increases it to 95k.

If someone loans me $10 & I spend that $10 on something, I still owe $10, not $20.

Complete the objectives for each available tier.
None of them require the club.
Hover over the "i" on the progress screen to see what's required.
T2 is Security, Massage, Rest (morn or afternoon).
T3 is Massage, Rest (morn or afternoon), Security.
