lucky for some does anybody know how to fix the animations for windows 8
A few days ago we helped another Windows 8 user with a similar problem. Animation didn't play for him on his machine. The issue was solved after he upgraded to Windows 10.

You should try the same.

I would first suggest that he installs the game files to an independent separate folder like C:\Game\Mystwood Manor\

Since I played the first version of the game I knew it is very complex and it will take time to show it's real potential. So I let it "grow" for almost a year and played it again now, version 0.4.3. Now it is really an amazing game. Awesome renders and models, clean and beautiful UI and a pretty good balance between porn and non-porn stuff.
The VIP customers thing removed most of the horrible grinding of the first versions. And Amanda's addition is also crucial to that end.
The game did crash to desktop a few times but I can't complain since it allows me to play while my GPU is mining. :LOL:

So having played 2 playthgoughs (one with the cheat mod and one without ANY cheat), after around 10 months I'd like to share some points/ideas.
1. The amount of XP points awarded to the girls by the sessions with Amanda seem like a complete mystery. I've seen from 15 to 368 points. Does anyone know how are they calculated? Also, it seems that The Librarian doesn't work with Amanda's sessions and The Wicked half-works (reduces lost energy to 25). I wish they worked. Especially The Librarian.
2. It would be great if somehow you could control Amanda's session subject. Either but choosing it or by forbidding certain jobs/subjects in a girl's profile.
3. The cards' management interface is quite difficult to use. Especially moving cards from one girl to another is a pretty ugly process. It would be great if, for example, from one girl's profile you could "grab" the card assigned to another.
4. It seems that fast forwarding with CTLR key is enabled at some points (e.g Isabella) and disabled in most other points. Having CTRL enabled is essential for multiple playthroughs so I hope Faerin will eventually enable it everywhere.
5. I don't know how easy or difficult it is to utilize right click with Unity. But it would be a great addition to this game's UI. For example, you could right click on an item/card to unassign it from the selected girl. Or, on the planning screen, right click a girl to cancel her assignment and send her back to the bottom.
6. Finally, a minor error: Hana's event "Inked" can be triggered without having renovated the pool. No big deal though.

Overall, the game's progress is great until now and I'm positive that the final product will be awesome! (y)

PS: I saw some people in previous posts discussing about the cheat mod getting the girls to lvl 5 and that you have to use the debug console for it. That edition has a glitch in the UI that makes the girls' level indicator to start "spinning" from their real experience level to the end of lvl 5. It's only a visual problem (the actual girls' level is correct) but it can easily confuse someone.

thanks for letting me know wot i need to do but hopefully i wont need it as iv just ordered a new laptop thats got windows 10 with intel hud graphics 600 hope it will be more powfull to play the game

To answer your questions:
1.Right now, training gets a girl 25%-50% experience of the current skilllevel.
2.I'll probably tweak the amount of exp gained before doing anything to the mechanic itself, as I want a certain randomness in there to not make it too easy to max skills. But I may change this later on, as I'm not sure about this one yet.
3. I agree. This has been pointed out by several Patrons as well, so this will be changed in the near future.
4. CTRL should always work, make sure you have "skip unseen" checked in your settings.
5. There have been some other suggestions regarding right-clicking before, so this may be added at a later stage.
6. Thanks, fixed for the next update!

I think I pretty much done all there is. You cannot purchase the study yet can you?
The only rooms which you cannot purchase are the Club, Yoga Studio & Office.
They will only become available, once Level 5 is.
The Study becomes available at Level 3, or 4, can't remember now.
You need to visit the couple, in the other hotel.

Quite a lot.
The hotel can be taken to level 4, of 5. As can the girls.
There are numerous progression events with the girsl, the MC & the side events.
One of the hotel guests has a side quest.
Story is developing nicely.
The lewd stuff is building, but there is no intercourse atm. If that's what you're looking for, it would be better to wait.
If you want a fun management game, I think that this game has a lot going for it, as it stands. (y)

Which guest has a side quest? I may have missed that or just don't remember it.

Never mind. Figured it out and how to alter the reception levels for guests.
