Everything seems to be fine, idk what's wrong. when I turn of the 'play video' or something like that in settings I can progress without animations, but It worked fine in the former downloads I had.. Guess i'll just wait a while longer :p
Try with the option turned on and then attach your player log, please.
Use the Windows + R keys, type %appdata% in the Run dialog box, then go back one folder. Look for "\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Mystwood Manor".

See the post above. To find the file, go to:
C:\\Users\*username\AppData (hidden folder)\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Mystwood Manor\
In there you'll find the log file, it's a text document titled "Player".

Do you have a different save, by any chance? None of the events you've unlocked so far in this save have animation in them.

Check to see if the drivers for your GPU are up to date then, download the runtimes. Once downloaded, extract the files to a temporary folder (which you can delete later) and run the included "install_all.bat" then try replaying that scene.

lucky for some does anybody know how to fix the animations for windows 8
Other than upgrading your OS to Windows 10, you could try installing the and check to see if the drivers for your GPU are up to date.

If you do download the Visual C++ runtimes, extract the files to a temporary folder (which you can delete later) and run the included "install_all.bat" file.

Also, if you have a dual-GPU set-up, go into Control Panel >> Device Manager, expand Display Adapters and disable one your video cards one at a time to see if the animation plays smoothly.

Think, when you asked about this last time, you were asked to provide your Player log file.
I know that the save file you provided was too early to have any animations unlocked, so think you were also asked for a later/current save file.

If you provide us with the player log we will have a better chance at helping you as it will help us narrow down why the game isn't working for you
It could be conflicting software on your machine or anything, but at the moment without it, we are clutching at straws

You will find it here

C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Mystwood Manor\Player.log
Press Windows+r and type %appdata% to access your AppData folder
