I had a couple of opportunities to sell the girls to the guest and chose not too. Now I am not seeing any other opportunities to have them start training and selling themselves to turn the hotel into a brothel.

Not sure what you mean by 'sell the girls to the guest', the girls ARE the guests.
They don't sell themselves at all, other than the elves who are looking for owners.

One character talked about opening a strip club, but that hasn't happened, at least yet, and you can sell pictures of the girls on-line to make money, but that's about as close as it gets.

There won't be anything of the sort in this game. Only the MC gets to have all the fun. That's not to say there won't be more F/F scenes, but any male scene will always be with the MC and no other male guests involved.
