We're seeing reports of duplicate items on Discord as well. I've already let Faerin know, so thank you for the report.

If they're all equipped you should have received another item now equip this to yourself and you can unlock the special tier

Sorry mine are test saves and full of bugs so they're useless to you someone will probably post a completed save shortly

The game crashing has nothing to do with the fan patch are you sure you also didn't use an outdated mod
