Try going into settings and adjust the screen resolution as it sounds as if it's set at the lowest possible resolution
It takes a lot of time to built up a game engine/GUI/etc and his Patreon project is backed by people that'd like to see what he's doing in detail.
It'd probably go faster if he didn't have to create an actual playable build every X amount of time, but then he wouldn't get testing done, which means there'd be more bugs/bad features/etc.
Basically - he's making an actual game, not 'just' porn.
Does this game have any sexual content? I saw that he is already 6 months old but he has no tag referring to it, so I would like to know about it.

You must have missed this bit as part of the Changelog
Story:
• Added Riley as an unlockable staff member.
• Added Kay as an unlockable staff member.
• Added the first 3 events for Riley.
• Added the fitness center and the corresponding outfits.
• Added the sauna and the corresponding outfits.
• Added the maintenance room and the corresponding outfits.
• The maintenance stat will now unlock as part of the story.
An indie dev will adapt to feedback given and adjust the GUI and game engine accordingly in the early releases of a game, so it takes time to get a GUI and engine that the majority like, what you have to understand is that this game is still in its infancy.
It is a game and not a VN, as in the post above the feedback comes from his backers on Patreon and sometimes here as well, but once that balance has been reached the content updates will become larger and the engine and GUI adjustments smaller

i've been holding off to play this game ever since its been relesed and sadly i guess its more waiting for me, Man of the house was the shit,i hope this one's gonna be at least half as good,time will tell,see you guys in a year or so.

You do realize that it does take time for character development, right? This isn't some "wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am" kind of game where you can fuck anything that moves right from the get-go. If that's what you want, I would suggest looking elsewhere as it may be an update or two (possibly more) before any "action" (that you're hoping for) takes place.

I would imagine once it's up on Steam, Faerin will add a Mac version much like he did with MotH. But that may be about 1.5 to 2 years down the road. You should be able to play MwM in Wine or Parallels on Mac OS.

I'd find it funny to see their reactions to a game that has no sexual content in it at all, including games that have been completed.
They're tagged as "No Sexual Content". And some of those do have sexual content now but they forgot to remove the tag.
