hey guys ... how do i run the Narcissist frenzy for Sofia Fernandez? the progress says he has to be at the pool, but he doesn't want to go to the pool for the hell ... what's wrong? the first task is completed, she has VIP on the second level and only she has not completed the 2nd task ...

Firstly, Sofia Fernandez is a woman, so "she" needs to be at the pool, not "he".
For guests to use the swimming pool, you need the Hotel to be Level 4, plus the Reception needs to be changed to Level 4, to attract Level 4 guests, who will then use Level 4 services.
Guest VIP level has nothing to do with which services they require, it just means you do not need to answer the questions about which drink\meal\massage they require, once you've gained VIP for that level.

The copy you have is a pirated version of the one that is available only on Steam (BTW, it's not the correct version that's available). It's not designed to run outside of the Steam client due to the Steam achievements.

Here is your fixed save back with that event ("A time to talk") completed. To replay that event, go to the MC's Progress tab and click on his 1_8 event.
Replace the original save with the fixed copy and reload your game.

Nah.. Not ever.. Nor anybody else in the game. She runs away with an MC look-alike and they fuck happily ever after.
It's listed as "completed", so that should tell you at least something...

1) It is complete. Though there is one more update (along with bug fixes) that will be out on the 28th of this month (the one in OP is NOT that version/update).
2) Sexual content starts at around tier level 3.
