Ok.. We reach the end of another game :)
(Mystwood Manor) is a hit and miss for me. And this is why..
Of course these are your opinions and perfectly valid. I just want to argue a few points of your assessment specifically of your first point, the management aspect. Please understand this as an argument in the meaning of "exchange of viewpoints" not as "knock each others teeth out, even if only virtually".

This is missing a lot. I can't hire staff. I can't teach who i want to work with what i want.
From a pure management gameplay perspective (and after all, this was your header) I agree. However, hiring random cooks or other personnel would in my opinion take away from the focus on the girls. And teaching girls would take away their characteristics - after all, Hana is a security specialist with experience, I doubt we could teach that to Julia. Just as cooking is an art. Serving and the bar (well, and most importantly reception) may be the two most "teachable" skills, but with other I would say it'd take too long for the scope of this game.

They keep running out of energy and for whatever reason can't work full day shifts.
Since we're talking at least breakfast to night club, I'd say it's at least 16 hours of work a day. And the girls can do it twice in a row if we're not using any cards or traits, might even be more. Would be absolutely forbidden where I live. I'd say they run out of energy pretty rarely and certainly get their hours in a week (unless there's nothing to do for one of them).

I, the manager and owner, have to help all of them with the most simple tasks like telling my waiter what to bring a paying customer. (I pay my staff for this) After they become VIP my staff can serve them. Hmmm I find no logic here honestly.
Here I agree, it's not very logical. I would argue "gameplay and story segregation" here to an extent, since there would be nothing to do for the player apart from checking numbers in Excel and make the odd phonecall, activities which do not lend themselves to great gameplay. The VIP thing I could explain (we are now sure we understand the guests and their idiosyncrasies and can serve them). To me it is more jarring that some of the requests are, let's say, unusual (yes, you may want to try Czech cuisine specifically, especially if you never tried - you should by the way - but I'd say more people go for taste directions and will not care whether it's originally Czech or French).

The second and third point I understand your explanation better so won't comment (I would still score the game slightly higher, but that of course is a complete matter of taste).

Acting lessons, Being a Dick, The Original Big Brother, Big Brother another story, Depraved awakenings, Melody, Dating my Daughter. and of course.. Man of the House. Faerins previous game. A lot of games would get higher Score then MM in my book. But some i played years back and the names get blurry. My first Adult game was "Dreams of desire" It depends a lot on what you want. Simple Visual Novel or actual gameplay.
Some great games, even if I am not a huge DIK fan myself. A question out of curiosity however: the full, still ongoing, DMD? Or up to a certain point? Because IMO chapters 1 and 2 were really good but chapter 3 was nothing more than banging Dee (I counted 37 times in the week) with a bit of tying up loose ends.

Everything on your list (at least, all the ones that I'm familiar with) is a VN (Reminder: Visual Novel). None of them are games.
Sure, some of them are VNs that include mini-games. But, imo, that doesn't make it a game. Simply a VN + a collection of mini-games.
Some of them are Sandboxed VNs. But all that is a story in which you can re-arrange the order of the 'chapters'. Still not a game.
Some of them are 'branching paths'. But that's just an old fashioned 'choose your own adventure' book. Also, not a game.

MwM actually has gameplay. And as such, it's only got 2 things in common with anything on your list.
First, it's an 'Adult' game and those are all 'Adult' VNs. Commonality being 'Adult' (and that's about it).
Second, Faerin was the also creator of one of those VNs.

You misunderstand my Post. It was just a quick answer to another posters question. I mentioned a few game i enjoyed more then MwM. Not a list of more complexed games or games that include real tactics or strategy. I play Final Fantasy XIV & World of Warcraft for MMO. I play Civilisation and sims in general for strategy. I play RTS games like Stronghold.. And so on. That would be my real List of games. Not Indie developers trying to make a few bucks from Adult VN's or similar. But the Original BB had a way harder grind then MwM ever had.. Tho i am not sure putting girls in rooms in your hotel qualifies as real gameplay. Just as grinding stats in BB to raise attributes. In the end it is simply what floats your boat that matters.. And MwM did not float mine. I only play these types of games to relax between my "Raids" and not have to think or plan strategy. The Erotic parts are just a nice bonus :p

I played all chapters of DMDand agree. The last was a let down.
Also your points in general supports what i was trying to say all along. If you put all focus on management, the story gets lost. And vise versa. MwM tries to serve 3 masters and this is where it losses me. I would Love a serious running Hotel Game. Or a mystical village fantasy adventure. Or why not a Harem game where i run a Strip club and get to have sex all day long with my employees:D But MwM tangles itself up in trying to much on all 3 and ends up not getting any of them right. I stopped following the the Girls and the Story or caring about my Hotel when everything just came to a stop every time i had to Finds gear, or constantly click back to progression screen with all 8 girls. There was no flow in gameplay at all. But i did like the end parts when we finally got some action

My sentiments precisely. And I dont know that I will have the patience, to see it thru to the end. The sex scenes, are FAR too few, and FAR too infrequent. And that just between Mom, Sis, Riley, etc. Not even getting to the guests. I'm having enough trouble, progressing the immediate girls, let alone the intermittently present ones.

I REALLY liked MotH, and coming from that, I had high hopes (expectations????) for MM. Sorry but, missing too many 'marks'.

hey guys ... how do i run the Narcissist frenzy for Sofia Fernandez? the progress says he has to be at the pool, but he doesn't want to go to the pool for the hell ... what's wrong? the first task is completed, she has VIP on the second level and only she has not completed the 2nd task ...

Firstly, Sofia Fernandez is a woman, so "she" needs to be at the pool, not "he".
For guests to use the swimming pool, you need the Hotel to be Level 4, plus the Reception needs to be changed to Level 4, to attract Level 4 guests, who will then use Level 4 services.

Guest VIP level has nothing to do with which services they require, it just means you do not need to answer the questions about which drink\meal\massage they require, once you've gained VIP for that level.

forgive me, but the English language is not my strongest point and I use a google translator where, as you know, there are distortions ... thank you very much for explaining the difference between hotel levels and reception levels ...
