There were a few choices in MotH, but like most sandbox porn games it was mostly just about unlocking all the content.
That was probably for the best, as not many folks want to play through grindy sandbox multiple times to see different endings.
Now if it was pure AVN like Deliverance or Sisterly Lust, multiple endings and branching paths are kind of fun to explore.

It's an earlier bugfix than the one that is actually on Steam at the moment, so this one (v1.0.2) is out-of-date. It also won't run without playing it through the Steam client because it needs to access the Steam achievements. As far as the Halloween release, that won't be available until the 28th.I was all excited, thinking it was the Halloween update already.
But no changelog, so probably just bugfixes?

I don't feel that they felt similar at all, aside from incest.
... the clothing mechanics are a really nice touch too. Dev really improved on the MOTH formula here. I'm eagerly waiting for what the next project is gonna be. I hope its set in country side with even more girls, management and clothing upgrade options and variety. (also anal XD)

Do yourself a favor.
On the 'Filters' tab (right side of screen in 'Latest Updates'), open 'Prefix: Engine' and disable Unity.
Unity games can't really be ported to Android.

...no this is just stupid. There was sexual content in this game from day one, while Vaginal penetration got added around a year ago after reaching the higher Levels of relationships with the girls... because this isn't your run off the road porn.
