That is strange, it worked for the rest of us. What did you use to extract it?In this version the game doesn't work. I get to the home screen with the choice New Load Setting ... etc but none of the buttons work, not even quit, I have to kill the process to exit the game

Not your monitor, your GPU. If you have an Nvidia GPU (which your log shows you have), and if you did a full install of the drivers for it, then you have a Control Panel for Nvidia. There's a setting called "manage 3d settings". Did you notice any errors during extraction? Or did you overwrite an older version? We typically suggest using 7-Zip and overwriting an older version of the game can often lead to issues.Winrar
So, if I delete my profile that I used in the previous version before the fix, with which I finished the game, the game works and lets me create a new profile. If I put the my data_*.sav in the new profile (or that of someone else who had posted a fullsave on the forum) everything freezes on the start screen, only the "need help" button works, nothing happens when you press the others.Are you crashing when you go to load the save, or start the game itself?
