Can't really do much about it, since the problem might to be on your side and not entirely game related; otherwise more people would have reported this problem.
I read messages with a similar problem, just not on this forum, but when changing the language, everything disappeared.

I'll try to see if I can reproduce it with the latest update until I know more when that happens.

I'm not able to reproduce any freezes with the latest content using the Russian translation.

I just played the most recent update, and all I can say is WOW! I like the way that the story has progressed, and the new added feature of the office is huge in being able to get enough happiness from some of the guests. Thank you!

I remembered I stopped playing at a time where there have been multiple updates with no mom content added.

- Yoga: you have to complete Annika's second event tier 4
- Club: you have to complete Hana's third event tier 1

Laura does not open 3 tasks where you need to visit her in the classroom, and this classroom is not completed, you need to go through the game further, although I have passed all the events of other characters by 100 %
To unlock the study, you need to visit the Royal Stag in the day.
