You seem under the mistaken impression that every game here is for porn and porn alone. Fun story, it isn't. Some have it as the icing on the cake of telling a story, some have it intermingling with gameplay, some don't even have any porn at all. Why? Because some people like it better that way and do NOT want to just skip from lewd to lewd. It doesn't have to be a $60 AAA Hotel Manager to achieve that, much less an "accurate simulation", which even simulations are not in any way, and considering that you even complained about this stripped down version it probably shouldn't be, but it is some gameplay. It's okay for you to not like that. It's not okay for you to argue those people must somehow be stupid or similar.
tl;dr: Your fantasy is that everything must be porn. The reality is that this is not the case. Learn to differentiate.

"And one dick shall rule them all".
I suppose Faerin's plans could change, but I wouldn't bet on it.
So don't expect NTR to be added or for it to be morphed into a brothel manager.

how do i unlock the yoga studio? it says i need to progress with Annika but i have lvl 3 yoga with her and i cant get her higher lvl bc i need the yoga studio. How this makes any sense?

The official cheat is included.
Click on the in-game menu and you'll see "Cheats".
On the main menu, you'll see "Full", in the bottom right.
The cheat option only unlocks once you've completed the tutorial and the guest has checked out.

If you use the mod, don't be surprised if you encounter a lot of bugs in your game. And don't expect any help from us to fix it, contact the modder. I'm sure he's got it all figured out.

The cheat menu is included in the download, you just have to complete the introduction and it will unlock
If you're talking about the unofficial mods of the game they are out there but do cause certain events to remain locked and cause bugs in the game so use at your own risk as we won't repair any saves that are broken because of the mod
