Can you attach your save, please? I'll fix that for you.

There is a known bug in Story mode for Nora which causes a soft-lock when you check her into the Manor. That's been fixed in 0.8.1b. There's no issues though in Normal mode.

You may notice when you go into the cards in your inventory that some cards you used to have are "missing". This is not a bug. The missing cards were replaced with new cards. You may also notice that the girls will have cards which were meant for the MC only. So what you will need to do is:
  1. Remove all of the tarot cards from your MC and staff.
  2. Reassign cards back to everyone, including the MC.
  3. For the new cards that are greyed out, you'll need to see Isabella in the evening or at night to get a new reading (and the new cards).
A list of all of the cards (including the new ones) can be found in the updated quick guide.

So basically you keep on managing the hotel, maybe get an interaction with a guest or staff and that's it. You don't seem to have any possibility to approach any one on your own, you can't visit them at night or during the day if it's not part of the plot/game. The mystery story seems to have gone too. After all this time (3 years?) I thought it would have evolved into more than a hotel management game.

It is a hotel management game with some story plots and some lewd scenes, it never claimed or promised to be anything else.
But yes, the mystical stuff has not been in the spotlight for some time.

How do you increase the customer rank of the nun? Also is there any sort of indicator as to how much I need? If it's too tedious might anyone give me a save with her scene unlocked?

Yeah, but even the management part is going nowhere. I have facilities that are not being used by guests; pool and club, and the management part is without any challenges, just click and repeat. It's just standing still with no forward movement.
