When you assign Julia to the lobby, use the guest level select button.
As for the staff, go to the Staff screen and click on the Profile tab. The number for each skill is shown. The lower the number, that's what her overall staff level will be. For example, if Amber is level 3 in the restaurant, 3 in the bar and 4 in housekeeping, that means she's a level 3 staff member until you increase the lower skills.

Use the level decision when welcoming new guests as seen in Sycho's post. These facilities will only be used when on level 5.

so in version o.8.2b all trait is gone??? so sad, coz the trait is help me a lot for increase satisfying the guest.

bro, I mean in the previous version we could add a trait when we got a new girl or when we leveled up, but in the current version it doesn't exist anymore.

The traits have gone nowhere in your screenshot Julia is only level 2 and has the supportive trait, you earn trait points as the girls level up so then you can give them more traits Annika starts at level 3 so she already has a few points in the bank and Catalina starts at level 5 so she has even more points in the bank that might be what is confusing you

Can you drop your save here, please? I'm in the process of doing a new playthrough now and I'd like to use your save as a guinea pig (and to pass it on to Faerin as well).

data 5 is julia still lv 1, data 6 is julia already lv 2 but cant got new trait. btw usually amber from begining will got free 1 trait but now cant

Two of us have just played through on your autosave day 8 we did all the events and after 2 - 3 shifts Amber reaches level 2 she gets a trait point so we can't find anything wrong
There doesn't seem to be a bug

Whenever I open settings and try to close them it won't let me and I have to close the game and re open it to exit settings

So the Close button at the bottom middle of the settings screen isn't doing anything?
