When starting a new game and going through the introduction, I seem to be getting stuck on the "And choose your destiny..."-screen with Isabella and the card-drawing. Nothing reacts to clicking and the game will not progress. A quick search of this thread shows that someone had a similar issue, although that was about 1.5 years and several versions ago. Was a solution ever found?

That's already been reported and Faerin has been made aware of that. Until a hotfix is released, start a new game and skip the introduction. The only time it locks up when you get a reading is during the intro only.

It's a known bug, if you want to start to play please skip introduction for now or wait until Faerin will fix it.

Thank you, that's been reported already and Faerin has just posted a hotfix on his Patreon for it and another bug that was reported. If you want, attach your save and I'll fix that for you.

I believe that there will be much more content, so basically we are somewhere in a half/midle of the game

Hard to say. That particular bug does have a workaround and the other has a fix for it (though we would need a save for that one).

Not sure yet, but I would think a few more updates at least, especially due to the content that was added in the latest update..

With a bit of luck, maybe someone will have taught the next MC something about cunnilingus.
I mean... really... it's like the MC of this game heard the words 'licking pussy', got a mental picture of a dog lapping at a bowl of water, and decided that was good technique.
It's the one thing in MwM that really makes me cringe.

In other words, is a 100% attribute a requirement to trigger a (rare) positive upkeep event or is it a hindrance that lessens the chance to trigger such an event?

Does it mean that there is a small chance to trigger when you assign a staff member to a hotel attribute that is already at 100% AND no chance when the hotel attribute is below 100% or does it mean that the chances are small only when the hotel attribute is at 100%, but greater when it's below 100%?

It's a requirement.
There's a 10% base chance (per attribute that's at 100%) which can be further increased by using one of the tarot cards for it.
