Somebody needs to report the OP and tell the staff that the tag is missing.
Well, apart from Karen we have had our fun with all of them, I doubt there will be much more. And I think that Karen is not included is a feature, not a bug

Anyone know how to unlock the Yoga studio, I've had 2 "love" scenes with Annika, but it's still locked.

Complete Annika's 2nd tier 4 event ("Being flexible").
I'm on tier 4 now, I have her working in either the gym or sauna, but there's nothing triggering, what's the trick..lol

Completing her 2nd event on tier 4 unlocks the yoga studio so you can renovate it. Having her working is not part of her hint (or event) to unlock the yoga room.

What exactly are the positive upkeep events? I realize that the negative events would be people's stuff getting stolen if security too low and equipment breaking if maintenance is low but I cannot seem to figure out what the positive events are.
Have you completed everything else?
They will lock the upkeep for a few shifts, so you don't need anyone to work there for a while.

As oaiki said it means "If I remember correctly" and states that the writer (Devian) is pretty sure since he knows the game well but did not actually go and check the code or similar, so he can remember wrongly.
