How many points do you have to have with a character for something to start happening? At 19 with the mom, and still nothing.

Atleast 20 above but still you wont be able to do that much you also need courage

Doing the Telephone quests you enter the hospital at night and after that you can talk to the doctor, and with the mother you need courage and do the groping scene at night
