I was one of the people working on the partial you mentioned and the circle was VERY adamant about taking it down, this was a while back tho so they might have changed their stance but they definitly were at some point. They were so adamant that it just wasn't worth trying to keep the partial around anymore. The main person in charge of the partial even tried to talk with them and explained to them in detail that the partial did not contain any graphics or content from the game that could be used without it and they didn't budge in the least.
How many people worked on this partial? Seems like it was a big project.

And thank you for the insight, every account of this kind of stuff helps me as a person who hasn't interacted with Daijyobi, gives me more understanding of these sorts of situations on a bigger scale.
(Kinda makes me a little more uncertain about translating another of their works but you know what they say, you only live once I suppose).

So want to ask how many games of Daijyobi did kagura take on translating? Is it just the Maou Harem? Just curious and how long have they been working on it? You could say It's one of your best translations too xD

So from their steam page, as well as previous info, Kagura has already translated Holy Knight Luviria, and they are currently translating Maou Harem, and that's it. They posted they were working on it on November 18, 2020, and their steam page still currently says "TBA," so we're reaching about 10 months since they've been working on it.

I see so for them it takes a year to translate a game or maybe they just put it onhold because they're still translating other games do we know what game they prioritize to translate? I mean once in every a while some of them gets posted here

I have heard they usually have different teams to work on different games. I do not know if they prioritize games to translate, as I've been told that sometimes their games can range from a few months to a couple years. I would hope that they've made substantial progress on the game, but I'm also 1/4 done with the game at like less than one month's time since I spread the work while I was translating Nako, so uhhhhh... yeah. I assume they might either have put this game onhold, or are trying to do stuff in Unity that's beyond my capacity for doing. Hey, maybe they're playtesting (wink) the sex scenes for the game, who knows?

I see well you translate faster than them tho I do wonder is kagura a company? Or are they just teams that are online that are chatting with each other but i do guess that they are a company in Japan or somewhere in the japan tho

Alright, here it goes!
Beating a playthrough without getting the true ending yields an item called "Signpost to the Truth'. It will ask you for two things:
1: Your sex level must be 0.
2. You must deepen your bond with Eva.

This means that you must not lose any battles that lead to Nako's sex scenes, as these increase your sex level (this does not include sex scenes with other characters), and you must find all seven items within different dungeons of the game that you must show to Eva. These can be found as items you collect on the floor, or from specific events in the dungeon by saving NPC's.

They're an official translating company I believe.

I am decently fast at translating (given I have the time to and am not sinking in projects and work), but I also cannot sell my translations like Kagura does, nor do I receive any approval from the developers who make the games I translate. I am also not an official source of translations regardless of quality, and I obviously have to do everything myself from proofreading, to image editing, to translating, to rare instances of coding, whereas Kagura probably has resources for different people to take on different parts of games. At the end of the day I just do this because I like Japanese porn games, not as a job.

Being on a company or a team sometimes may not be a good idea because it can sometimes slow down or sometimes speed things up
I know It's like a hobby right?
By the way in the future will you translate this?

Funny story, I've said this to a few other people, I was planning to translate that even before Nako and Maou Harem, but it seemed like a translating nightmare at the time since I was only familiar with RPG games, so I dropped it. I really want to because of the corruption themes, but it will be a LONG time until I even attempt to, since Daijyobi most likely won't allow their newer games to get translated and shared until a certain point. Not only that, seeing as I would technically be translating 3/4 of Daijyobi's games, excluding any new games they make, that may not exactly be a good look to a company that doesn't have a high opinion of fan translations; I also want to say that translating the battle dialogue of Antidomi with my current setup is an absolute nightmare because it flashes on screen too quickly for auto-translators to pick them up reliably, meaning I'd have to do it the old-fashioned way of digging through the .dl files for the dialogue.

I see sorry didn't read the past few comments just gonna wait for you to translate it then besides you got other new games to translate so that will took for you awhile to translate by that time I'm sure you've already translated this xD
I also see that it has an MTL so it might help or not?

I have found that I dislike pre-existing MTL stuff to translate with because a single instance of MTL on a game will be sure to miss some nuances. I'd rather get the base JP and use that as a base, just for safe measure.

Also, you might have to wait a while for that Antidomi, I would have to start translating that once Daijyobi comes out with another game and it releases, as that might be the prime time for me to upload it. That'll take a few years at the very least, lol.

While playing Antidomy, there seemed to be a lot of issues with the main game. I do think the issue is that if you have to use a machine translation where you have to wait for the text to show up, the translation process ends up worse.

Oh I see that makes sense

Yeah I know like I said it will take a while for you to translate it because you still have ongoing other games but i guess you will keep picking up games by that time you might have picked it up and a new Daijyobi might have come out then hahahaha

Well it wasn't really a big project I think we were only 2 working on that if I remember correctly that was shortly after I offered to help doing the partials because I didn't just wanna sit there and enjoy other peoples work without giving anything back.

Thanks for all your hard work!

Overall, is this game mostly just human? Any tentacle monster content?
