To my knowledge, she is the only one, and if you have already fucked her you have to roll back as there is no replay for sex.

There are some ideas, but it's hard to decide on that, because of future plans, after all you're supposed to be able to get to know your daughters at some point.
And a new character is planned for each existing Neko.
If you get them pregnant more than once, it will break a bit the emmersion, since you will only get to see one of the daughters.
But nothing is set in stone yet and it's more seen as extra, because not everyone enjoys pregnancy.
The game is meant to offer something for everyone but at the end, people will complain about stuff and fetishes that are meant to be there for people that like it. You're not really meant to play with all character if you don't like what that character has to offer. Each character has a different way of interaction with the player and it's own kinks to offer.

Violet - Your waifu, that will be there for you and does everything to please you.
Lily - The innocent, playfull and a bit clueless Neko. She does a lot of things by instinct and just wants to have fun.
Chocomint - The perverted Mink Girl that will do everything to get your dick.
Cream - The Caracal Girl, a bit innocent but quite influenced by Chocomint's personality, she will trigger you when the situation permits.
Bera - Your waifus sister, she is a lonely Bear girl and just wants to feel the love her sister feels.
Autumn - The jealous fox girl, she is a bit of a bad girl, even if she regrets it sometimes. But she kinda wants what Violet has.
Ash - Your best friend, quite the unique dog girl companion. She will call you a jerk many times and won't admit openly her feelings about you.
Mitty - The mouse girl, one of the smartest ones, but also a perfect snack size. She always ends up in trouble somehow... Maybe she likes it?
Kleo - The oldest Neko of the island, quite misterious and big part of the story, she is a unique character that has a lot of secrets to reveal.
And this are all the main characters at moment of the game, the others are seen at moment as extra characters.

I was just curious, I'm ok with it being a one time thing. The only other game that I play that has a pregnancy system is summertime saga, and there the babies are kinda meaningless, after the girls give birth it's like they were never pregnant and the babies don't really play any roll in the story. I would rather have it has a one time thing and it actually have an impact in the story.

The main character didn't have any animal features before getting to the island. So maybe their animal features don't have anything to do with genetics.

The characters therianthropic form wich is shared with their human form, affect each individual separatelly.
For example parents can have different hair and eye colour, the "Nekos" therianthropic form works the same way.
Just because the parent is half Neko doesn't mean the daughter is too.
But hey, this game is also fiction after all.
Maybe their parents are Neko and Bear

Ok just tried this and its far more impressive than I imagined it would be.

Positives

+Minimal grind for a sandbox with a clear in package guide which doesnt piss about with vagueness. Too rare in games
+Animation about the best ive seen in a while with real porn direction and angles including entry and transitions.
+The characters are all fun, cant say there was any I disliked and there a few I want to see MORE of.
+Seems to be branching out from just Nekos. Ive seen sheep girls and a mouse girl - 10/10 more of this (we need busty cow girl)
+Niche kink selection is awesome. Im into preggo and unbirth and this game actually CATERS to this? super rare and all it needs to improve on this front is make sex scenes featuring this and im sure theyre planned. Cumflation would be awesome and make a lot of sense given some of the smaller models being featured here.

Negatives

-Story seems kinda wishy washy. So its basically an isekai with part amnesia or at least a time skip... not invested in it yet.
-Pacing. Could be a positive really but you see sister in law without even spreaking to her in a scene and next time you see her shes in love with you and wants your children? Wut? Most of these characters need fleshing out... wife and daughter are best characters in the game but hard to feel attached as I don't really know them and same with best friend so starting Lord of the Rings with the third book skipping the first 2 (characters are great but im not really fully in love with them yet).
