Hey you will be able have a choice to hold out your humanity as you climb to the top. No need to pimp our your women because that would be optional. You will, however, force to do things that might be unethical to climb to the top. Because such is the truth about Vesper City. Money decides, and loyalty costs. Until you are on top, you are either with the system, or fighting against the system to result in your early death.
That would be what I considered harem. You won't be making every woman your woman if you are a lowly office worker. No one's is going to think "I am fucking him and him only even though he has so many other women" to an ordinary man. Now if he's rich, and powerful, and has a charming personality, then it's different, the story is more logical this way.
Note that I will still be writing sex scenes not related to the MC in the future, 1) is because I think it greatly frees up a lot of narrative roadblock. It'd be more logical to write a sex scene with a husband and wife, then MC with someone he met literally 10 minutes ago, even if the wife will eventually cuck their husband and become MC's woman. I can promise you that when the hypothetical woman does become MC's girlfriend you'll have the choice that they won't be with anyone else.

That sounds ok, but it does also sound like a lot of the women will not want us for us, and just because we have power or because we have money, I would like some that lean more romance and wanting us from beginning and not when we just have fame and powr, a nice balance. Maybe some girls like Sofia or that goth girl in previews(can't remember name), maybe a couple others. Maybe they can play bigger roles in harem, like be top girl of harem or be more important than others.

I think its fine if not all girls act this way, but I do think some shouldn't be all about our rise to the top and we can get some nice loyal romantic girls in there. Just my thoughts.

Not much to see here yet even less if you skip the NTR scenes, since they still happen in the background and one pops up right from the start. After reading the dev’s notes I get that it’s technically not NTR, but it’s clearly aimed at people who enjoy that kind of setup where the MC might “reclaim” the girl later, before she got fucked. Hard to say if its a harem but these days fucking 3 girls after they had a gangbang counts as harem lol.

The MC is decent so far, with some good dialogue options depending on how you want to play him - confident, compassionate, flirty, mysterious or humorous. It actually gives a bit of freedom to roleplay, which I hope continues in future updates.

The story doesn’t yet show how dark or complex it might get, it’s only version 0.1 after all but the voyeur-style scenes kind of undercut the supposed main goal of the MC rising to the top of the company and winning over the women himself. Not really a fan right now, but I’ll stick around to see if the payoff ends up being worth it. Not excited about the trans, so we’ll see if that adds anything interesting in later updates.

PS: It seems to use some AI for the animations, which actually looks pretty decent. The transitions go from 3D models to more realistic human-like faces, so the two styles can clash a bit but it’s not a big issue for me personally.

To make things saucier, you'd think the woman in question (Nora) was a trophy wife or at least some sexually frustrated woman cheating on her shitty man or basically anything else except a literal whore, but no, her being a whore is apparently the better option.

10$ says the MC's gonna have to eventually romance her for the plot and lolz, the real slow burn type of sweet romance too, while the other guys keep her well-trained and in tip-top shape, just for him ofc lol.

Personally, my preferred way to avoid NTR/NTS/swinging/sharing is to have an option to disable it right at the start of the game, so that it can function as a harem where there's no sense that those options can even happen.

Well, personally, I'd rather devs focused on one or the other, depending on which they like the most, but since this one's most likely heading toward the abandoned porn game station, I admit I'm curious to see how long it'll take until it reaches its so far seemingly unavoidable destination.

Didn't get to that part yet, but can't really say I'm shocked by this, especially after hearing the dev say "the mc realizes that there are no honest ways to survive in Vesper City, and if you want to actually live, you will have to climb to the top, any means necessary".

According to porn 'logic', it sounds like a lot of quick fucks will be handed out to basic randos, NPCs, or big bois (antagonists) for reasons, while the MC is gonna sit on his ass letting it happen and waiting for his turn to collect the leftovers, and even this is probably only gonna happen after all the girls got run through by the whole damn town. Holy cucking hell of a mess !!

Seeing 2/3 future Li (or 4th one: not sure one sitting in chair at kitchen is a Li) have sexual stuff with other guys for money/promotions isn't the best start for me, at least.

I don't think there's a single romance/non NTR fan thinking that's anything even remotely close to a promising start.

Dev's gonna need to do a lot changes to the script IF he still wants their support, or just go full NTR with the story and be done with the empty promises, for his own wallet's sake.

Seems like a strong possibility, judging from what happened so far. Have no problem with an LI having a past that includes a few long-term relationships and casual ones or simple hookups in college or in between breakups, but I don't think there's any need for visual confirmation of said past when a simple sentence helps get the point across at least as well.

All things considered, still think the story's off to a promising start. Gonna stick around for two or three more updates to see how things unfold and if the dev keeps his promises he made regarding certain things in their story. If he doesn't, more power to him. Gonna wish him the best of luck and simply move on.

Yeah, the dev trying to redeem Tessa as an LI after what we saw at the end of this first release is gonna take some storytelling skills, considering she didn't seem to be forced, blackmailed, or taken advantage of, keyword being seem... it's not an impossible feat tho.

She could be plotting to take down that manipulative, opportunistic dickhead in her own questionable way, and the MC's probably gonna have to choose if he sides with her, and helps her achieve her goal, or his boss, and he screws her over or in a very pleasurable way, seeing how she didn't seem to mind their boss doing it.

Who knows. We'll just have to wait patiently for the next release(s) and see if things'll turn out for the good or the worse so we can decide if we'll keep playing the game or not.
