I can totally see the arguments of some people about how the Dom-Route doesn't flow as naturally and could benefit from some subtle rewrites, making the MC more of a driving factor in it. I understand that it feels wrong if you say "No" to something and it happens anyway, it would be better to not give a "No" to choose at all, instead giving more dominant choices that lead to the same things happening. The story is still predetermined that way, but it feels more like the MC is the dominant one, pushing her to do it.

I am just tired of people that come and basically go "Why can't I stop her from doing it"... xD

Yeah, to be clear, I myself would probably enjoy it if MC was the one setting up encounters. That's just not what this game's about. I brought my own preconceived notions into my first playthrough, and was kind of surprised when things happened I didn't necessarily want to happen.

Then on 2nd playthrough, I paid more attention and saw that yes, this game does what it says on the tin. I had just read past those the first time.

Fair point, but I think that would be one of the things that would need to be slightly reworked for the Dom path. If you choose it in chapter 2, this conversation should be a little different then.

Let me just start off by saying that this game is great and that I'm just some random in a piracy forum, so if the dev tells me to fuck off, I can't complain.

One thing that I think would be pretty cool is if we could get some scenes with the protagonist and Laura (or the other girls, when their relationships are more developed). Technically there are some scenes like that, but they consist of the characters saying they're going to fuck, cutting to black, and then just waking up in the morning. The player effectively gets to see nothing.
Now, this makes sense mechanically. The player is supposed to experience the game world through the protagonist's phone, so it's consistent with how the game works, but the player might feel a bit blue balled, if I'm honest.

However, a few chapters ago the dev introduced that AI voice recognition thingy and that got me thinking that it could be used for a few scenes featuring the protagonist. Of course, the game is about netorase so these scenes shouldn't be the focus but from time to time the players could get "rewarded" for their cucking.

Depending on your route, Laura could tell the player that he's better than the other men if he's dom, or berate him for being worse if he's sub, and things like that. These scenes could also feature some more romantic sex depending on the player's choices and route (yeah I'm a hopeless romantic in a porn forum, sue me).

If these scenes are rare, I don't think they would go contrary to the spirit of the game, in fact they could give us some variety to keep things fresh.

Laura strikes a nerve with me as well. I haven't been able to put my finger on why because on the surface she does seem like a sweet caring girlfriend, but her attitude feels fake nice. She started to grate on me and I eventually burned out early while I haven't with other sharing game heroines like Nicole from Exciting Games, Ayumi from Blurring the Walls, etc.

If MC agrees with everything Laura wants all the time (the Dom/be-cucked-enthusiastically route), she's a blast and like a best friend. Any deviation in preference from what she wants to do will seemingly end in her getting her way anyways through bullying (eventually the Sub/be-cucked-casually route). I want to see what happens to MC if he ever decides to actually put his foot down on one of those "umm Laura, burping up Nathan's cum every day doesn't actually turn me on" responses! We see cracks in her demeanor when MC has been able to push back on her suggestions, but the conversations always get cut off before any meaningful discussion on the lifestyle can take place.

I know that those conversations are not the purpose of this game (as fun as it would be to see Laura squirm). I also get that the MC in this game is written to love everything Laura is throwing at him in both the Dom and Sub paths, and that they're hard coded to work as a couple and wind up together. The problem is that this game is designed to be immersive (with the reader adopting the perspective of the MC), and not all readers will love what Laura is throwing at them. Presenting readers with choices that imply varied outcomes is a death knell if there are no varied outcomes. When an immersed player is presented with a situation where they are looking for a sexual fetish to experience with a loving partner other than be cucked enthusiastically or be cucked casually, and the loving partner is selfishly doing the same thing every time when they don't seemingly have to, there will be some player fallout.

Being Dominant in one of these games (to most people) does not mean being more vocal and enthusiastic about being a cuckold. The expectation from a Dom path is usually that supreme authority and control will be maintained in a sexual environment or relationship (in this case, a partner sharing experience). MC never has control or authority over what goes on in this game. Laura, in all routes, is the Dominant partner. She is driving the action because she wants to fuck other men. She talks MC into the fetish because she wants to feel better about what she's doing (just look at her wiffle-waffling positions and behavior in regards to "the reclaiming" if this is doubted). The MC is basically a wet rag for a reader to wrap themselves in, who will have fun if they enjoy being cuckolded and will eventually uninstall if they're looking for a swinging/Dominant/active experience. I very much doubt there is a single Dom out there who will have a good time sitting/reading from any of these route perspectives. I think even the Sub-path crew starts to realize this after reading through almost the same game on a second playthrough.

It's a game e not a simulation. Why the fucknwould you wamt to stop Laura from getting it on with someone, it's the freaking purpose of the game. This game isn't for you, deal with it and move on. No reason to write a freaking essay, with solely SUBJECTIVE opinions in it, pretending to know what other people would like. You don't like fair play, move on don't bitch. Game does what it said it would.

Vanilla route is easy.
->Initiating setup wizard on the new phone
->after finalizing it MC gets a message from unknown contact
->of course it's Laura
->she's telling MC how smart he is of not having a backup
vanilla option->MC argues with Laura and tells her he has enough of her sarcastic remarks
->Laura tells him to fuck off
->MC smashes his new phone against the wall
->game over

I like the new update. Decided now that there's 20+ chapters to replay it from the beginning but picking a different route which was nice since I think my main/original route encountered some bugs after some of the updates. Thank you @LeStag I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes next.

its a mix of both. so you get some dom messages and some sub messages. currently dom and mixed route are really similar. I hear that sub route is more fleshed out but you have to be into that. Truth be told the whole game kind of feels like its sub leaning, hopefully the routes are better fleshed out later.

I am pretty sure you just don't choose the sub-route choice or dom-route choice? Not sure right now, but I think its just not choosing either

I hear that sub route is more fleshed out but you have to be into that. Truth be told the whole game kind of feels like its sub leaning, hopefully the routes are better fleshed out later.

you just respond no to both sub and dom path. then youre on balanced when you save after that it should say balanced path.

Ahh i see. i havent done sub path, but i from what i heard the newest update theres more text when Oliver humiliates you. whereas hes just a dick on balanced and dom path. Thought maybe it was more fleshed out in that regard, seeing as how there's a super sub path now , so there's even more sub content than before.
