I had this game on ignore.... but given the changes I will give it a chance.
I just royally hate "optional" ntr, where it is still treated as cannon, and you just don't watch it. Like a indecent desires that until recently didn't have the ntr tag despite a LI being forced to give a bj. (the option was whether or not to watch the whole scene).
Like if you want NTR in your game fine, just label it as such and don't force it on any non-ntr path if you have one. (which you seem to be doing). But if you want one or the other, don't be afraid to only do that one, just be clear about it.

So i liked the beginning with the branching setups. But then it became an incredible mess of story pacing to me... kinda lost interest

Did you read the dev note? If you choose not to see NTR the mother actually goes to your grandma, if you choose to see it she goes to Frank. NTR doesn't happen in the world if you choose for it to not happen, simple as that. Don't project anything.

Asking the real questions
Jokes aside, the visuals and sounds are amazing. Even the UI is gorgeous. The function to skip to the next choice is brilliant.
On the other hand, the dialog/story is all over the place - and I'm not talking about grammar or translation. The dev team/person should reach out for a helping hand on this department.
For instance, the end of this chapter at the hospital feels like a game over. I had to play a few routes until I realized it was unavoidable. On hindsight I understand it was supposed to be a cliffhanger, but at first it felt as if I messed up somewhere.
All and all, it was worth playing and I'm definitely coming back for more.

Did you read the first sentence I wrote?
it clearly says "I had" past tense. and then "given the changes." i.e. I read the dev note (cause it wasn't always that way).
Then I go on to say a personal opinion that is generalized and non-specific.... if anyone is projecting it is you, cause you giving my comment context it doesn't have lol.

blame women... no seriously it is because of the X chromosome that men have nipples... you would also have to blame them for the ability to exist as well though... cause without the X there be no baby. I've had fever dreams that made more sense than this story.
