The updates took longer and longer during the reboot cycle due to the complexity increasing and the Covid lockdown in Milan which was pretty strict. HG also asked the mods here to put a hold on anyone uploading the current version that's available to top tier Patreon for a while.
One advantage you will get with the version here being one step behind the current release is that most of any bugs are already reported and fixed (speaking as a voluntary bug-finder/fixer for NCC).

Play the latest 1.1 version as this is the reboot of the 1.2 version that has been discontinued
Be on Yvette's (wrestler) path, accept her Maud party invite and opt for "It was funny" when you next see her in the gym = Slave path

Difficult to clarify with NCC really - but:
If you don't pursue a girl your roommate David probably will
Nobody really tries to take your girl(s) from you but neglect them and they'll go back to their old partners/fuck buddys
Closest to NTR would be you pursuing any girl who currently has a partner

If you've only previously played the old pre-reboot 1.2 version then yes as a lot of paths & variables have changed that will cause errors.
Never likely to be as the game an paths are too complex - as has been discussed many times before. HoneyGames discussed creating an official guide at some point but it will take some time.Stil no walkthrough mod
Would suggest looking at the 2 "fan guides" I wrote that are linked in the OP and some users here recommended they be linked. Not really a walkthrough as such but they try and introduce you to the characters and their backgrounds - as well as current relationships for the girls which other ones can affect their storylines.
