doubt it's any different than normally, either 1 daddy (adam) or multiple daddies (adams) depending on your choices.

Near the end of Chapter 01, there will be chances to impregnate all of the girls (except EJ of course). Therefore, you'll have a lot of scenarios. Such as all girls are pregnant or just one of them is pregnant.

In Chapter 02, their bellies will get bigger until the end of Chapter 02. The sexual scenes will be different depends on they're pregnant or not. Some sexual poses won't be available if they're pregnant. Vice versa, some sexual scenes will only be available if they're pregnant.
