You upgrade your stats in the character menu (under I by default). Increase anything and save - baam, lvl up. This game is more about stats than lvl (which is just a reflection of those stats).

Go to the book pedestal, take first option, use down and up to move in the menu, right to spent point on the stats. then click on the last button to confirm.

It must be a dumb question, but how do I make Auto translator work with this game? Everytime it tries to translate any text, it gives me error in the console.

Thank you so much for the help, but I'm having trouble with 5. The area that you showed me is empty. I see a hammer and anvil plus the house. That is all I see. Am I missing a step?

Edit: I'm also having trouble with fucked by a corpse. Every corpse I let take me does "Corpse2" on stage 8. Any ideas?

Edit: Found one. Got it after exiting the former underground cemetary district (entrance to that is directly below and to the right of the bottom Ranch altar)
