I remember reading in here a very long time ago, a bit after the 1.0 release that someone said the Dev was planning on dlc at some point. Guess maybe it wasn't real perhaps.

Yeah, he definitely wrote that, I remember it too. I specifically remember him also writing that he wanted to add more content with the white-haired girl that stays in your base. I don't know if he'll make it later (like how some other h-games get expansion packs/2.0 updates after substantial amount of time), or if it will never happen, but he also said that he wanted to take it easy for the time being and spend some time learning game making in either a 3D or 2.5D engine (I haven't checked his announcement for a long time, so I don't quite remember the details), because Night of Revenge's development, and especially the last month/months of it caused so much stress and overwork for him, that he literally had health problems by the time of game's release.

So, I took a look around the author's Ci-en announcements, and that's what I managed to find about NoR's DLC:
That's kinda it for the official information. Personally, I think, and hope, that he will make a DLC/additional content someday, considering that he was very interested in making more content for the game before his health plummeted down, and he consistently made posts on twitter, thanking people who bought the game almost everyday (unsurprising, considering that the game was selling like hot cakes.) and I don't blame him from wanting to take a breather from NoR, considering that he was developing this game for 5-6 years.

The install count condition to charging developers have already been called off. Just within the day after the changes were announced they were repealed. Everyone will stop talking about it in a week.

How to fix saves problems? I played a lot, and saved progression at altars, but now i discovered that i didn't saved at all, i cant find any solution to this, who knows how to fix that?

The true ending got me all sad... I was just not prepared for that happening all of sudden. I decided to get the another ending (false) right away after beating the game.
