Alright, so i took the text file from
Hangyaku and used it as a base for something that nobody bothered to do till now. Specifically, cleaning up the MTL for essential things like navigation and weapon/item names and tooltips.
To summarise what was changed:
-Cleaned up difficulty select annotations
-Made Altar navigation more intuitive
-Replaced
all "Ideas"(game currency) with "Souls"
-Cleaned up enemy names in Gallery/Glossary
-Cleaned up/changed to make sense all of the weapon/spell names
-Cleaned up/changed to be more clear all the item names and tooltips
-Changed various prompts around the hub to be less cluttery/more to the point
-Changed some location names to something that makes sense/less cluttered
-Something else i'm likely forgetting
What wasn't changed:
-Weapon/Item/Enemy descriptions(the long ones)
-Tutorial windows
-Dialogs
-Diaries
-Font sizes are wacky here and there(i tried to make stuff fit in a single line where it was going out of bounds since i could never find how to change font size for concrete prompts)
Now keep in mind that "Yamete Kudosai" is my extent of Japanese knowledge, so i had to either improvise or replace names/words altogether here and there so that they're not literal or gibberish.
Here are some examples:

With all that said, if someone out there with actual knowledge of Japanese language is willing or already working on proper dialog and diary translation, feel free to use this as base, it will save you a good chunk of work.
The translation itself is in the attachments. Let me know what you guys think and if i should bother with weapon/enemy descriptions and so on.
