I just started the game, less than 10 minutes, and I wonder two things.
The options really have an impact on the development of the game? In my opinion there seem to be many and you never expect what possible implication each one of them has, them seem very arbitrary
And, is the MC a complete asshole throughout the hole game?

There are over 20 endings, so yes your decisions have somewhat of an impact. It sets up who you have relationships with going into prom. Prom is the real "impact" though, the decisions you make at prom establish which ending you get.
And that depends on what you mean by complete asshole. Does he eventually actually care for the people? Yes. Does he stop being sarcastic and making fun of people? No.

I understand, some of the decisions have an impact and some do not. sometimes the lack of decision possibilities in a game can have a negative impact as the excess of these.
And I do not find that their answers to be sarcastic, in general they seem quite vulgar and childish.
But I appreciate your answer, surely thanks to this I will give the game a chance.

Your answers increase or decrease a girls lust/romance towards you. Each relationship doesn't affect another relationship unless you are talking to two LIs at the same time. So the goal is it have as strong a relationship as possible with all possible LIs going into Prom. At that point it's pretty much order of operations and then you get a specific ending with a specific girl/girls.
The only harem possibilities are Vanessa, Liz, Amie, and the mom or various combinations of them. All the others are single only. So keep that in mind.
I don't disagree. It seems that Royal was trying to capture what an immature 18 year old would joke about and overcompensated down to what a 13 year old trying to sound like an 18 year old would say. But it's funny sometimes so I gave it a pass.

pity that there are no real gangbang scenes (F + M + M + M etc ..) otherwise very good games!
Does anyone have a save file or mod that will enable me to play through all the possible endings for episode 11? I really don't want to play over the game several times to do so.

PROGRESS STATUS
This past week we managed to create a few more locations, even though we had to go back to work, so here is the updated list for the locations.

- coffee shop (done)

- hospital (done)
- mall (12 stores)

- pizza place (done)
- restaurant
- spa (done)
Main Quests : The main story. There will be only one or two quests like that in the whole game
Side Quests: Are the not so important stories. You can skip this quests, but will make the story more interesting and some of them will help you with the girls
Girl Path: Each girl will have her own quest and for you to progress in the relationship you'll have to do this quest. Like the side quests this are skippable and if you're not interested in a girl can just don't do her story. Simple as that. There will be a time when some of this quests will combine into one, so that you can have threesomes, foursomes and so on.
Beside this I'm getting closer and closer on creating the structure of the game. All the classes and functions to make the game. So I can say that soon enough we'll start writing the conversations and do the renders.
MEET BRIANA (Bri)
I want you to meet Bri. A gorgeous highschool girl. She's Jackie's BFF and she's going to spend quite some time at your home, however there is a catch. Her roomate (Shawn), who happens to be your best friend since childhood. I don't think he'll agree on your relationship with her, but who knows.
Like Jackie she enjoys modeling, but there is one thing she enjoys even more, and that's painting. Her whole apartment is filled with paintings made by her.
She's a nice girl, don't screw this up.
