Hey guys,

So after some internal deliberation and much urging from our supporters, we've finally decided to request control of this thread. Previously this No Place Like Home thread and the game was uploaded here by someone else, and at the time we were unable to commit the manpower to run so many threads/pages anyway. Unfortunately, the info provided for the game then was not entirely accurate and may have led to some misunderstandings of this project. For example, the version displayed back then was v0.4 when it should've been v0.0.4, and the preview images provided were not taken directly from the game.

Anyhow, we'll now be able to update and run this thread the way we always do. Again, please know that although No Place Like Home can of course be played as a standalone game, it does have some crossover elements from our other game Powers That Be, so do try that out if you wish to experience the full story or understand who some characters are. Cheers and thank you to everyone who's enjoying all the content we produce for you guys!

If you've played up to the current free version which is Chapter 4 then the very last image of the chapter will give you a hint. As always we love leaving clues and setups everywhere in all our games/content.

It'll be expanded upon and become abundantly clear too when you play Chapter 5, which is already out for higher-tier patrons, and Chapter 6 which will be out in mid-to-end-April for patrons.

I have played to end of Chapter 4 and assume the text he receives is from the friend of PTB's MC.
I am eagerly the releases of Chapters 5 & 6 and also the next chapter of Powers That Be.

Hi MikeyUk, Chapters 5 and 6 are already available in our Patreon. The public version of Chapter 5 will most likely be in mid-May. We haven't planned for the public release of Chapter 6 yet.

small (more like tiny!) updates ... going for trending tags ... a lot (!) of teasing ... not "asking" for support but "demanding" for it - with exclamation mark (game end screen) ... another game (with more and more time elapsed between each update) beside this one in development ...
I can hear the warning bells ringing - loud! ...
then it does not matter how good the renders (and partially the story) are --> I´m not supporting such behavior
neither by playing nor by financial support ...
but I´m gonna take a second look on it in a couple of month (more likely a year). Hopefully getting proved wrong ... but somehow I think it´s more like wishful thinking ...
