Maybe eventually. One thing that I've seen which plagues developers is creating alternate routes like that. The story moves at such an incremental pace since the routes all need to be updated. If I can do it in a fashion where the branch can follow a similar story to the other routes, then yes. But right now, I haven't thought that far ahead.

To clarify upon that, I do have the general story mapped out and at this point in time, no, she is not cheating. But say as I'm writing the next part, it makes more sense for her to have already been cheating, then I'll change the story to that because that makes the story better. As of this point, though, no she is not cheating.

I don't like the thrill of "is it true, is it not true?" nor do I like that you are confirming that the Ex/antagonist already has the upper hand on the MC without any effort (dickwise) nor do I trust that you still want Harem game fans to still try your game instead of letting them leave.

You said this is not a typical En Tee Argh story, but just few points above show that it's pretty typical. MC cock small, not only that, but smaller than the antagonist, the girlfriend is cheating (maybe not, you haven't decided yet) and all this happens no matter the user input. It sounds pretty typical to me.

To be more fair to you, I appreciate that you have all the tags in order and that you are taking questions seriously now (saw your first two posts :/).

If you wanted it to be atypical for the genre, make the MC's dick wayyyyy bigger than the other guy and the guy is just a smoother dude than MC. If you want it a little more original, make the girlfriend cheating story involve MC. Maybe MC was the one cheating and the girlfriend getting revenge. Shit like that. If you set it up the same way, there is no way someone can give a different perspective on first look. That's just my advice.

Hey no worries man, I'm just glad that we get to here and talk about stuff like this. One of the things about Sex/Life that fascinated me was just how much of an advantage the antagonist Brad had over the "cuck" Cooper (I put that in quotes since he never actually got cucked). Brad was handsome, Cooper looks like Ron DeSantis mixed with Chad Gable. Brad had a big dick, Cooper didn't. But at the end of the day, Cooper wasn't a basic cuck in other games who took it laying down. He fought for his wife and for his family rather than watching them fuck and jerk off to it. Similarly, in the Great Gatsby, Gatsby's got everything on his lover's husband but he still loses in the end.

I want everyone to try this game because in spite of those aesthetic points you've brought up, I want to write something that's deeper, more complex, more tragic. I think that somebody who only likes Harem games might like this game simply because it is different and it provides, or at least attempts to provide, something that makes you think.

I have the eventual reasons for possibly cheating in my head and they aren't like you'd find in typical NTR games where it's like:

Wife: "No, I'm married!"

I like those games and some games do them very well. But I am aiming to give something deeper than that and while I do appreciate your advice and agree that it would make a hilarious game (to the point where I might do it for a fun little short game), it would betray the principle of this one if I did.
