I have my own personal reasons why i like avoidable/optional ntr instead of planned/forced. So i'm not a hater, i have the rare skill acquired to use the search function to find my answer (at least if someone answered properly instead of joking around which fills my search with useless stuff). If i find my answer (in best case it would be in OP) then i either know i can enjoy the game or leave wordless. But a lot of people arn't really helping in that regard, making those part of the problem they wanna fight so bad.

If you pay attention you will see no ntr tag there, so yeah it means something...

If you pay attention then you will notice that person I quoted only mentioned title hence the most blatant example of having NTR in title but no NTR content.
I remember there being some games that got ntr tag just because there was a flashback of love interest having sex with someone other than MC. So yeah, tag is mostly meaningless. It serves as warning that you can expect to see something like that but nothing about how much or in what capacity.

As you spend days solo and she gets blackmailed you'll see "Events" pop up on the world map and you can see a sprite animation of her doing the deed. After which there will likely be a video posted on the message board that you can click on and choose to see the scene from either Your Perspective, the Heroine's Perspective, or from the guy cucking you perspective. The translation is weird here but first option is You watching the video, second option is her, third option is other guy.

Your perspective is basically just the same scene with a mosaic over her eyes since it's supposed to be an anonymous porn message board but the girl and the guy stealing her's perspective have the mosaic removed and are basically the same (except with different internal monologues).

Nope, this goes both ways, As you see here the NTR Battalion isn't that much better. Okay having played through the game I can't even really consider this NTR. From her internal monologue and the fact that even in the final "bad end" she STILL wants to fuck the main character it seems this chick was just really sheltered and had a sexual awakening. I mean it is NTR because the main character feels like she was "stolen" but from her perspective she still wanted to be with him and if the option for him to join in and spit roast her was available I guarantee she would have been all for it.

While she's being fucked by the senpai in her childhood friend's room she gets hornier at the thought that it's her childhood friend fucking her based purely on his scent and when the friend catches the two of them in the act she gets excited and thinks to herself how she wants to fuck him as well before he runs off. It's only at that point does she give up and fuckboi even acknowledges this and presumably impregnates her. So it starts with her being blackmailed and "reluctantly" going along with the sexual advances, then feeling a bit of shame and trying to hide it from the MC (infirmary scene where you try to go on a date with her but she flakes out), to indulging herself and accepting it as something that feels good and wants to fuck the MC as well up until MC runs off after catching her. There is even a scene where she accidentally drinks some semen the MC put in the refrigerator (which was...bizarre to say the least) and she recognizes what it is by taste alone then gets embarrassed and blushes at the thought of drinking MC's jizz.

Ironically this could have been an NTR game with a Good(?) Ending where MC catches them, realizes she just a horny slut and they both take her to pound town and share her while posting videos on the site still. He gets his sweetheart, senpai gets a big tit sex friend to use, she gets all the dick she could hope for and the affection from the person she actually likes.
