Yeah none of this happens in the game. The MC and the second girl that comes along get a small amount of connection building but it's broken instantly, she gets constantly fucked right in front of him while he does nothing about it for every scene from then on. I didn't end up finishing it because it did nothing for me and the pattern to the scenes was pretty clear. Pretty much the opposite of what I look for in NTR but there's an audience for it I guess.
The only positive thing I can say for the game is that it does something that I like to see but seems pretty rare: the second girl gets a mark that gives her power when she has sex with the antagonist and you get messages showing that she's leveled up when you're off doing stuff on your own instead of generic sex stat counts. Engraved Pleasure did something similar but better

There is no question about mom getting fucked by bully. And there is no question about people liking different games be it NTR or not. The last is a given.

So in this post I'm citing you're responding to a person stating that FMC games are not netorare and clearly disagreeing, i.e. you consider FMC games to be Netorare.
Quite typically in FMC games with some boyfriend or husband in the background or as a side char you - roleplaying and controlling FMC - initiate interactions and cheating with bull(s) by taking some jobs, agreeing to some proposals etc. How does this initiative and decisions that you make yourself coexist in your head with the part of Netorare definition meaning 'to be taken'? By some external force and unbeknown to you ('sleeping' part, if this etimology part is correct). With cats and dogs at least there is that external force (by definition and logic, something that you don't want to lose can be taken from you only by external force with it's own agenda, e.g. neighbour) taking them away with treats.
I remember using many nsfw chatbots in Yodayo and the chatbot keeps saying that my responses are inappropriate and refuses to give a response to me. Frustrating as fuck so I just went over to Janitor AI instead. Tons of nsfw chatbots there too and so far haven't yapped back to me lmao.

That character doesn't exist. Really can't exist. It's a contradiction.

What you end up with is a kid that just doesn't have a relationship with either of his parents, cause he hates them. That's sadly not super rare, and I don't think its NTR as in no way is it sexual. The kid isn't fapping listening to his mom getting banged, he is GONE at his friends house asking to be adopted away from his abusive house. Not even is he longing for a relationship, these people are absolutely happy with just not having their parents in their lives because they know they are toxic.
Now, the reason that your post could kinda sorta pass as an NTR scenario is because WE the player / reader of the work are projecting sexuality onto the mom, even if the protagonist in game isn't.
Which I think steers us near to a 'ludo narrative dissonance' conversation which is way too deep for porn games. I guess to not be too fancy I'd say it'd make for a poor NTR game/story as the character won't align with the player / reader of the work. And we got a lot of those. I was just playing a game linked in this thread, and the NTR is fucking awful its like 'oh hey random green hair chick i've literally never seen before sucking a cock' 'oh hey that random green hair chick is now banging some dude' its technically NTR but it's weak as hell.

Nebel Geister Jager Dev just released a Chinese only development demo of their upcoming Priest NTR game. They are planning to release the demo soon with a Japanese and English translation. If I remember right, you have a priest sister (not blood related) that has been afflicted with succubus curse so she needs to satisfy her cursed sexual hunger.

Hell yeah, loved their previous game, can't wait for this one. Good to see they took into consideration their fail with Nebels combat gameplay. I'm not really happy about another succubus curse NTR but I'll wait for the game before drawing conclusions.

Yeah I also think the ideas Nebel had was pretty hot ("Fluids inside her" status screen was awesome.) I just kinda didn't like how overly complex the game is which turned me off when I started playing. Mind you I don't have problems playing an actual RPG with good hentai slapped onto it, Magical Girl Celesphonia and its Chinese mod was amazingly lewd even if it doesnt have NTR elements (I came buckets). I spent like 40 hours on the Chinese mod and 20 on vanilla grinding materials to min max my build lmao.
NOOOOO you have to have 18 different bulls each representing a different trope, in the process spreading out your workload and decreasing the nuance of each character until they're literally just their core archetype, and the route for each bull is short, superficial and shit!!!

No, I don't think that game is NTR at all. No loss there at all. Its just a voyeur game. And the scenes have waaaay too much text, lol. I don't need 17 pages of hearts and auuuaauaus. While some whore I don't even know the name of sucks a dick. lol
I think too many devs just know a surface level of what NTR is and thats why we end up with so much dog shit. The best NTR is made by devs who are actually into it themselves. If you don't care about the fetish you cant really make a good product in that fetish.
You don't need to have a relationship to be sexual for NTR. But it definitely makes it harder to establish that loss if its not. If the MC and girl are fucking, then its much easier to show that loss. But in the case that its more of an emotional loss than physical, it takes more work and a better understanding of NTR to establish that loss and create that feeling of anxiety in the player.
That is why bully NTR is a good way to do it. You create that feeling of hate for a character, then have that hated character take something from you. Or you use a character the objectively worse than the MC, some fat bastard got the hot girl instead of mc, that's BS, etc. More so if the player did everything correctly, and never lost a fight. But still loses the girl.

True, then you advertise that the game has 36 scenes. But each scene is just 1 static image, and each of the routes only has 2 scenes, that way you not only have lots of scenes, but also you hit every niche possible.
And also be sure to let everybody know you have a vanila route, that has 0 scenes and just a black screen that says, "you lived happily ever after".
The reason it follows NTR progression is the corruption arc that is implied when the mother changes to the worse throughout the story. It's no different than a lover getting corrupted and talking shit about her previous bf. Instead of losing a lover, the guy lost his caring mother. I don't know why you emphasize loss, and even support losing a dog as NTR lol, but don't extend it to losing a familial bond without sexual undertones.
"A mother who loves and cares for her son, over the course of the story, turns into a mind broken NTR heroine due to abusive father's training and abandons son at the end." That's the story I was getting at. How is that any different from the standard mother NTR scenario, except the antagonist is the father here?
Bringing up realism is pointless in NTR since the often tropey implementation of the fetish is intentionally unrealistic and extremely cynical in it's view of women and relationships.

The design is nice but I wish he went for a feisty personality again, that was the best thing about Nebel, the girl was pretty hot whenever she served the netori while angry (at the start).
