To be fair, CAPTAIN PLANET is proud of Stencilbits for doing 2 out of the 3 Rs... He mastered Reuse and Recycle now he needs to Reduce the amount of excuses.

At this point it's on life support with the dev refusing to just pull the plug and put it out of it's mysery.Obligatory "Is this game abandoned?" post. (*ducks and runs for cover*)
The accident was horrific and it's wasted away being laid up for 3 whole years.
We don't know if it will pull through but even if it does it will never be the same.

At this point I don't even want to share the monthly updates from patreon anymore cause it is not like Stencilbits ever posts anything new. It is always the same "almost done, just need last bit of testing" copypasta every month.

Monthly Update: Halloween Horror Edition
Another month ends, and another update post arrives! There is no longer much to say about the incoming 0.4 release, everything is mostly in order except for some testing. There are some rendering and crashing issues with certain Mac graphics cards and Android is always a bit of a headache, but there is always a choice to use more basic 2D rendering if things explode on your device. Of course, manually switching settings because of these issues is not very user-friendly, so there is room for improvement. One possibility is to release first for Windows and Linux and sort out Mac and Android releases later as I did with the previous Android releases. Regardless, a unified release date with a quick test build before that is still my goal. Other than that, Spooky Halloween!
And as always, I'm not going to take any Patreon payments until 0.4 is out (I'll temporarily suspend my Patreon at the end of each month until then).

So, TL;DR:
* Next release 0.4 will have Alice's full storyline.
* Some new tech in 0.4: interactive 3D and pre-rendered movies, at least a few of each. When I get the pipeline (and my skills) working smoothly, next releases should have more.
* After 0.4 I will try out a bit faster release schedule with partial updates instead of releasing large, complete routes that take ages to finish. We'll see how it goes.
* Steam release at some point after 0.4 is out. Steam has been pretty random with adult games, so who knows what can happen.
