It's a great AVN. Would like to see more, but time will tell. I remember playing this back in 2019 alongside with My New Life and Summertime Saga. And both of them are not even finished as of this year.
I remember playing this game as a teenager. Now that I've graduated from university, the game still hasn't been updated!
It's quite funny and a little bit sad at the same time.

Since this game was last updated we've gone through a global pandemic, survived the rise and fall of extreme feminism, saw wars across the globe and some cunt thought making a Minecraft movie was a good idea.

Picture Alice dressed up as Raiden with Melissa dressed as Snake. Nina is dressed like the AI Colonel and has a pair of giant scissors with the number 61 engraved on them.
Well, another month, another excuse.
The eye comes and goes, but still works. My 9 to 5 is letting me take ot easy due to my eye issues.
I'm swamped with the new engine and pretending to work on the proofreading of Offcuts 0.4 and the Alice route. Not gonna lie, it would've been done faster if it hadn't been for Godot, my eyesight, the burnt hard drive, my dog stepping on a bee, the covfefe, the Australian incident with a father full of pride, the arrest of Haley Joel Osment, the death of the Pope, um... the uh, SkeleLetor, the failure of Snow White, uh, LeBron James flopping... just select one of the previous fake updates. Preferably the ones with JoJo references and use it as this Month's update. Keep your steenkeen money!

We've heard it all before by now. Think people are bored copy pasting the same old crap.
Bad eyes, game being tested, making a few improvements, preparing for steam, should be out soon yada yada look at me i'm full of shit.
He's the only dev i've known that has managed to drag 1 update out for nearly 6 years spouting ridiculous excuse after excuse.
It's funny and we have a laugh in the thread but at the same time you know some moron is reading his Patreon posts and believing every single thing they read.

Monthly Update: Carry on Edition

Another month is ending, which naturally means it's time for the good, ol' monthly update! As usual, a quick recap of previous topics first. If you want more information, you can check out the previous update posts. I plan to release Offcuts 0.4 as soon as my new 3D engine is robust enough so that I can then immediately continue with the new 3D engine without having to keep another long break again.
As for the 3D engine, it's in pretty good shape right now. All needed functionality is ready. Some bug fixing and improvements are still needed, but I'm planning to release a quick demo at some point, hopefully during next month or so. Nothing big, but kind of a alpha test to sort out any compatibility or hardware related issues. As for operating systems, I'm planning to support at least Windows and Android. Possibly Linux and desktop macOS, too. Kind of depends how painless they are and how much interest there is. In theory they should work well, but in practice things are not always so simple. It might be possible to squeeze out a web-only version too, although it's going to visually look a lot rougher. I'll post some screenshots to Discord, too. The latest Blender 4.4 update also changed some animation related API's, which caused some minor headaches with some of the tools I have been using (some broke and I have to either work around them or wait until they are fixed by their authors).
Other than some minor issues, things are looking good and I have managed to keep a good and consistent pace! Things look good for my actual eyes, too. Both of them have managed to keep up with my slightly increased screen time and it seems like that health scare had a mostly happy ending. Regular breaks with some eye drops every now and then works wonders. Fingers crossed.
As always, I'm not going to take any Patreon payments until Offcuts 0.4 is out. I'll temporarily suspend my Patreon at the end of each month until then. Thanks for your endless patience!
Essentially the same bullshit again. If 0.4 is in Renpy, WHY in Baby Jesus's name do we have to wait until he finishes the 3d engine? Unless he's (re)making Offcuts on this engine, then it isn't necessary to delay the Renpy game. If he was logical, he'd dump 0.4 which would keep our interest for a while, which he could use to work on the 3d engine and not having to split his attention between two different projects.

Yeah am a "Patron" of his, if you consider that I have given him $1, and he never collects any money from me other than that one billing accident.

Ahhhh you funny cunts. I'm here stopping by every few months to have a good laugh ... LAUGHED even more when I realised I'd forgotten the names of the girls from offcuts but I can actually remember some of the funny characters around here like Calamar, Avalon etc. The GTA 6 TRAILER 2 just came out (fckn beautiful) and for some weird reason this game right here came to mind haha WTF. I'll check in on you guys in a few months to see what the story is then. Take care.
