Hey guys, bit of bad news I'm afraid

Where I live has been hit with a heat wave for a little over a week, which has made it pretty difficult to keep my machine cool. This means I'm barely able to get any GPU rendering done before it overheats, it keeps switching to CPU rendering, which is really fucking slow. The more complex renders are averaging 12 hours a render, even the less complex ones are hitting 8 hours

I have all the scripting finished and 42 renders done for Day 4 so progress is being made but we have slowed down quite a bit

I'll keep working away but this is probably going to delay the next release by at least a week, hopefully it wont be more than that. I'll update if things cool down and get back on track!

Like others said, it's totally understandable. Take it easy @Oppai Auteur. I can wait for the game of this quality as long as it would take. Especially with so many glorious previews like this one. These women can easily start fire.

Just a quick question/request
I know you don't want to put incest in the game. You do however, keep teasing us with nude renders of the Mother.
That said, will you instead think about swapping out the Mother, with say maybe a shadow figure....kind of like "Charlie's Angels effect?? There would be nothing there, to make us incestuous bastards to get frustrated on....Lol!!
You could then implement that model, as an aggressive horny white MILF neighbor. That can have repeatable sex scenes now, till you have the others slowly catch up. Plus you could then make good salt and pepper holidays events....orgy style, later on.
At least give some thought, as that MILF model is a waste, not to have sex with...Lol!!…………………..Peace!!

I have no problems with a game having that kind of content, plenty of games I enjoy have it, but it doesn't fit the story I wrote. Incest doesn't have to be in every game just because the character has a relative who is present in the game. A character model can just be there for the sake of the story, and in the story layout Madison is miles from the other characters, because her son ends up trying to fuck her best friend

Also I have no intention of repurposing her model just for the sake of a few random scenes, that's just more work for a pay-off I wouldn't like at the end of the day

The adult renders I do of Madison are for fun or for practice, it helps sharpen my skills and people like them well enough. I like making renders of her because I worked hard making her, she looks good because a lot of mature woman look fucking sexy, again, doesn't mean she needs to fuck her son in game

I don't mind a bit fun when I post a new adult render of her and people go on about how good Madison looks but we don't get to have sex with her and this is such a cruel act from the terrible dev that I am lol

Incest is kind of plague of this forum. Small amount of games that don't have it, pretty much always have people demand it. Who cares if it's completely ruins the story, it's just should be there. Personally, I got used to it.
BUT, Hadgar is also right. And this exact opinion is working in every porn game. Have model? People will ask for content with her as long as she's appearing. And will be mad if she doesn't. That's one of the reasons why many studios use "blanks" for most of the character cast in vns. Other being budget.

Another update on our computer problem guys

I don't know a great deal about tech so I'm not sure what the issue with the machine is now.

At first I thought it was a simple problem of over heating due to the heat wave and overuse, but things have cooled down and I left the computer off, and yet the problem persists. Basically the more complex renders would be able to fit in the GPU memory before this problem, but now none of them do.

It starts some GPU rendering then just switches to CPU when its about to start. I can only do some less complex renders in GPU now, anything complicated just jumps to CPU. I'm starting to wonder if I damaged the GPU somehow? It no longer shows on my task manager either, I used to be able to track it on there but its gone now

Any of my fans here have any tech knowledge? Really need this sorted quick!

Just keeping people here up to date on our problem

So far it seems like the GPU is actually working OK now, originally the heat was playing into this but now that its cooled down that problem is gone. It seems like it could be some kind of driver bug we are dealing with, and people aren't really sure of a solution to fix it.

I can actually work around the issue if I'm at the computer, the big issue is the batch rendering I do when I'm at work. If I'm at the computer I can keep resetting Daz3d to make sure it uses the GPU, the problem is that cant be done while I'm at work, while I'm working it will default back to the CPU, and that's going to kill the work flow

Hopefully I can get this fixed soon, but once again if you guys think of anything, fire away!

How did I fix it?....Not got a fucking clue!

Did multiple fresh installs for everything, Daz3d, GPU drivers etc and eventually things finally worked again. The release is still going to be later than I wanted but it feels good to be back on track Look forward to 0.0004 :eazyHype:

btw Madison is celebrating the return as well! :evilsmile:
