Medication can be a huge help, especially in a acute phases, stabilizing the condition or help to break negative-thought spirals, but it's by no means a replacement for a therapy.
Funny, my psychologist always said the exact opposite for me. I have all the coping strategies I could need but I don't open up to people, and I usually don't feel better when I do. Medicine and self analysis has been waaaaaayy more effective at controlling and treating my depression than therapy ever was.
Gotta get of the benzos and SSRIs and get on the atypicals, worst side effects I get from mirtazapine is hunger and sleep.

This game would be second to none if there would be a real gallery or reply options. The story keeps one really hooked, too bad the it gets degraded in value due to the missing gallery.

In that case i would say ur lucky, with just that side effects. I think i had to go trough a dozen different medicamentations cause all had serve side effects, including hallucinations, serve memory probelms, cardiovascula problems and a couple more. From mirtazapine gained 20kg in less than 3 months, without eating more.
Longterm it can also be very damaging to ur body like the liver.

Entirely possible that is the better variant for u. If u can't open up to ur therapist, well yeah, then therapy isn't helpfull.
Same as there are forms of depression which are caused by biological problems and not mental ones, no amount of therapy will help there. But in general it's the most effective treatment, with the best chances of success.

For me it took a while until i found the right therapist, i think the 8th one, with him i could make progress. While others ranged from not really helpfull, to make things worse...
Therapy hadn't much to do with feeling better because i talked about my problems. It was about finding the source(s) which caused the depression and ways to 'combat' them. Deep analysis/depth psychology followed by behavior therapy among other things.

Mirtazapine was my fourth attempt at anti depressants, they'd always been terrible before that. I've a number of friends who never had any luck with anti depressants that are doing really good on mirtazapine analogues. Until the past few years they've been horrifically under prescribed while most doctors just mass dispense crap like cipralex for any and all anxiety/depression cases.
Having said that depression is for the most part highly manageable. Always fringe cases that resist all treatment but the media, and especially social media, really over plays that aspect from what I've seen. Most of my friends in highschool had clinically diagnosed depression, most of them are barely dealing with any symptoms of it most days now and only a couple of them are still in therapy. My therapist always insisted that was the norm but I honestly don't care to research that any.
Ya my therapist was really good, but he'd gotten so frustrated with me not opening up that he gave up on getting me to talk and instead walked me through some self analysis. That helped me put things into perspective but it's been almost entirely due to a combination of cannabis and mirtazapine that I've kept my head screwed on.

Just want to thank the devs for a most excellent update. Really loved it. I found the balance of new content and release timing pretty much perfect. Such a great VN you're producing. Can't wait for more. Thank you so very much.

Brave the unknown, wake up every morning, get outta bed, look for messages on your phone,
respond to everybody, then go out on the towna dn talk to everybody.

That is the way to keep the monsters at bay: be out there, find and meet new people,
get all sorts of ideas to get outta your head and live more than a little.

This life hard: what cannot kill you, makes you stronger.
major spoiler: this game world will kill you over and over
So what is the point in holding back?

Yeah, one would think that order may post a guard or two, to prevent that...i mean, they are the ones which want him alive for the choosing

Everyone is dandy about your soul mate taking the brunt of the fallout,
she is your literal savior getting crucified inquisition style over in hell for you being alive.

While i honestly don't care for her one bit, or that she is getting punished in hell, at least she had the brains to give a guard to the MC i give her that.

Any way to get out of the kitchen on day 17. Clicking on the door say's "Stay Here". Made the calls and sent the texts from the phone. Did the work on the computer. How do you advance the time to the evening dinner?

I can't remember by specific day what all needs to be done, but is there a video call on the laptop available? I remember that this sometimes also needs to happen, but I'm not sure in your specific case.

I appreciate your thoughts on the game LeeToo. I know it feels a bit like a kinetic novel but I promise it isn't. Each decision you make will have changes that you will not see right away, but I promise they are there. The branches diverge slowly to keep the game manageable and certain opportunities will come and go depending on what you do. Hopefully that becomes more apparent as the game progresses.

I realize that Lily is a very polarizing figure in the game. She won't be the last either. Each of the characters in the game fill different emotional needs for both the MC and to a degree the player. I mean it is still a porn game, but I wanted some of the people you meet to have a little more depth to them than "virginal, love-sick girl". The MC is a mature (age-wise not always mentally) person who has had a lot of life experience and appreciates that there are people who lead small quiet lives and people who lead crazy extroverted lives and he tries not to judge them for that. This allows me to give the characters the opportunity for personal growth as well. To see them change and mature (some for the better and perhaps some for the worse depending on your choices). I can't do that if they're not at different phases of their lives with different experiences.

At the end of the day my game is still just a game. And comparing it to real life is not useful, but I still needed nuggets of reality to make the characters more whole and complete. There will be times where you will have opportunities to push people out of your life or to bring them in. As well as a myriad of other interesting choices that you can make. So, I hope in spite of any missteps I make that you will enjoy future releases.

I can't make any changes to the textbox in 0.3 (I am already beginning the testing phase of development), but I will look into giving some additional control over it in 0.4, sorry about that. Thanks again for providing your thoughts. And hopefully this answers some questions for other folks who are posting or reading these comments as well.
Is there no option to say Lily no ? Or reject her and with whom that mmf scene could happen !? so i can ignore that also, i mean i want to know beforehand so i won't get there knowingly, if it's possible obviously!

You can choose to not accept Lily. You will miss out on some things if you do, but you can make her either a lover or just a friend. If lovers with a past is troublesome for you, then you may not like this game. You never see anything. It is only in conversations and it all happened in the past. However, I am not making a game with just virginal girls. I leave that to other authors.

The MMF is avoidable and it is obvious where that happens. It will point blank ask you if you want to walk in or leave (you don't see anything, you just hear a snippet of conversation). If you leave that ends any MMF or MMFF content (although there won't be a lot of that in the game).
