ah man, i was so happy that i was doing all the right choices for the harem path, getting close to sunday, looking forward to see those sweet sex scenes and all i got is kick in the balls. i dont mean some crazy porn fest but we didn't even get mom and sisters scene. mom and teacher should have been a thing too. Rebecca and Lauren/Jasmine, they are all in the same class. other ones can be excused as the other side characters are close only/mostly with either Judie or Lauren. some narration would have been nice too but maybe that's just me and there are a lot of people who prefer the visuals to speak themselves rather than using words. it's just a bad choice to disappoint the player at the end

While there won't, probably, be much in the field of new scenes, Cardibdis had in mind to rework the ending sequence to make it richer and, well, narrated. But since Eternum is so insanely popular this might be well posponed.

I would certainly like to see more detail on the ending. In particular, the girls reacting to each other. Carla implies that she's figured out MC is sleeping with his sisters, but I'd like to see her actually have that revelation. Rebecca also is the only love interest who hadn't been introduced to the incestuous activities by the time she stopped having a speaking part, so seeing how she reacts to that would be pretty interesting.

Totally agree. The ending felt rushed and there was a lot of room for a decent epilogue that just focuses on the relationships of the harem. Especially the two older members of the harem that had the least content.
If not that, we could do with a sequel. The world lore of this one is decent enough to deliver an interesting sequel.

Eternum is kind of a sequel. Same setting and Calypso was name dropped in one of OIAL's bad ends. I suspect we're going to see some OIAL characters later on.

Perhaps a spiritual sequel, but it isn't really a sequel of OIAL because what we really want is the exploration of the characters that are already so well developed in that game. I get that Eternum is the next game that the dev is working on, but I'd rather reserve the sequel title for the actual OIAL 2. There is no reason OIAL cannot be sharing an overarching plot with other games of the dev, similar as to how the various Harry Potter books run on their own plot per book which are all a part of a bigger overarching plot that culminates in Voldemort being brought back to life. I'm all up for building the world lore and telling different stories about said world, but I'm quite interested in the OIAL characters.
P.S. To be honest I came back to this thread to ask how to extract animated scenes from the game to make an animated .gif sig. xD

True, but it's more of a shared universe. The two stories are distantly related but not subsequient, at least for now.
