I think Ivy will realize that later that Kevin only wants her to have her as a toy he can play around with. So in worst case scenario he will try to force her to have sex with him or rape her, then realizing what Haru said she will be saved by him given the choice to save her or sacrifice her. It's the standard ntr trope; you either keep her away from any male interaction, or let the first asshole she meets have her. A female in the game cannot have a normal interaction with a guy without him having to fuck her, it seems. It's strange that she is dating Kevin, even though everyone knows that he's a douche and is simply seeing her as a trophy, and that Ivy is supposed to be very smart.
Or it could be something like she turns him down later for the MC, or that Kevin cheats on her for someone else, and she gets a 'lesson' of life and returns to the MC. But 9 out of 10 cases, it is always ntr.
Yes you need to start over again from the start, just skip until choices then save and play.Am I supposed to start over from scratch? Here's what I got when I loaded my last save:
I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

Thank you for pointing out. I'm confused and about to ask that I never let her meet him and she went on a date with him/ I got rid of him and the birthday scene failed to happen. Searching the image data in this game made me more confused. It seems the author forgot to introduce one scene for ivy, digging in the game code there is no birthday event when she meets kevin in the party, which triggers "ivyadventure == True", but you drive him off when he visits her with flowers, "getripoffkevin == True". There are events defined for "ivyadventure == True and getripoffkevin == False" and "ivyadventure == False", but there is no event defined when both are True.
There is also an error when she never meets kevin at the party, she somehow ends up going in a date with him because the variable "getripoffkevin" is set to False by default, this leads to triggering the conversation when she tells MC she is meeting kevin.
Thanks dudeTo fix the starting crash
go to OnemorechanceChapterI-0.5-pc\game -> open images.rpy file in a text editor of your choice and replace all (usually ctrl + h) webp with png and save the file, restart the game.
