Same problem

Try what I do, download the epic browser. That browser has a built in VPN, when you reach the max download for the day, change your location and refresh the page and continue the download.

Let us know if it requires crack , since it is a steam game it might try to connect to steam if not cracked. And huge highfive for frapucinno I literally turned on steam just moments ago and this showed up on my screen

You're definitely right, but there's some Countries where Games with sexual Content are region-blocked by Steam, like in my Case. I would buy it, if i had the Opportunity.

heard some Sound (maybe Intro or publisher/dev introduction), then blackscreen and nothing happens.

You should remove "004" from sharedassets2.assets-004.resS and move it to OrcMassage_Data
At least it worked for me

If you have missing mouse cursor and black textures:
1.Place file "sharedassets2-004.assets.resS" in "OrcMassage_Data"
2.Remove from name of file "-004", name of file need to look like this "sharedassets2.assets.resS"
3.Enjoy

I tried this as you said, still got the one Sound and then blackscreen
